The PROS of rescheduling
My appointments kept getting rescheduled at the time my appointment was supposed to start. They offered a 3rd reschedule and I requested a refund. All they had to say was sorry for my troubles. I took time off work for them to pull the same bs TWICE!

very expensive but worth it because you only have to pay for it one time and then you don’t have to keep paying the pet rent and pet deposit. they were going to charge me a $500 pet deposit at the apartment and now that is gone thanks to pettable! lots of good perks ! they give you an amazon gift card and offer you access to a 24/7 vet line.

What hidden fee? Oh, that one! Of course!
The provider I spoke with was great! Understood my need and quickly provided the necessary documents.
HOWEVER, it appears as though Pettable has a misleading practice in place, where, if a service like PetScreening, requires an authentication/verification process, they do not just respond to the email with yes or no. INSTEAD, they send you an invoice, for an additional fee to answer the verification email. First and foremost, why wouldn't verification be included as you would expect to have questions raised regarding authenticity. It would be one thing if that situation were disclosed up front, but it is not. And it is extremely dishonest. I will not be using your service again and I hope as a company you do better.
