Poor comms after a problem
The shipment was delayed due to one of my five items having been found to be out of stock. I only discovered this when I chased it on e-mail as there was no customer service phone number. So I got an email back offering to remove the out of stock item and give me a credit. I replied to the email saying I was happy to accept a particular replacement, but this never got answered. I got the refund promptly and the delivery arrived shortly afterwards, but I came away thinking that the customer service was not good enough. You should have a phone number or at least a live chat. And that SHOP app you use for tracking is awful.
