I paid £8.99 for quick delivery and it turned up a week later. I emailed the company and they said they had sent it out. So between them and the delivery company there is a problem. I was offered no refund and just had to give the gift late. If you offer next day and I pay for next day I expect it to turn up

Order: OE711842315GB originally I ordered 5 items but 2 of the items where refunded as they put of stock but when I check the website, it says they are in stock. Either way they kind to refund the the 2 items. The 3 items where dispatched on 16th October 2026 and received it on the same day. I opened the box to make sure all is ok and all is good. Thank you very much, I will be ordering more from you in the near future.
