Don’t trust them
Don’t trust them , made an order and they said it was due to be dispatched then all of a sudden cancelled with not so much as a reason or even a pitiful excuse .
Was dubious of using them in the first place but they high trust pilot score made me go against my better judgment … I am guessing a lot of these reviews are fake or bought off as my experience was very very poor

Hi Natalie, sorry to hear your order was cancelled. We had an issue with the LEGO set you ordered & couldn't get a replacement to send to you. Ever so sorry about this!
I can assure you all our reviews are not fake or bought - that's impossible to do with Trustpilot.
We're really sorry for cancelling your order, we only do this as a very last resort.
All the best!

Hi Leah, sorry to hear that. I just looked into the issue & i'm sorry there was a mix up with your order. Our team have sent a pre-paid shipping label but you weren't able to print. We then organised a collection via DPD, which was unsuccessful. I'm hoping we can get a resolution for you asap!
