The process of ordering antimalarials…
The process of ordering antimalarials for me and my children was very easy. I had to answer a simple medical questionnaire for each family member, including destination country, length of stay, age, weight etc and was then given the choice of different medicines, with prices, including branded and generic versions. Once I had paid, I received a tracking notification email, and the pills arrived, well packaged, a couple of days later. Very efficient service, and quite a bit cheaper than other pharmacies I looked at.

Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us such a detailed review!
We're delighted to hear you found the ordering process straightforward. We know that, because these are prescription medicines, we need to ask quite a few questions to make sure the medication is suitable and safe for each traveller. We also appreciate that completing the questionnaires can sometimes feel a bit of a chore, so we've worked hard to make the process as simple and user-friendly as possible. It's great to hear we achieved that for you and your family.
We're also pleased that your order arrived quickly and that you found our prices competitive.
Thank you for choosing Peak Pharmacy. We hope you and your family have a fantastic, safe, and healthy trip!

Hello,
We're sorry to hear you've had concerns about the quantity you received.
If you haven't already done so, could you please open the box and check the contents? The manufacturer's packaging states 12 tablets, but where a larger quantity is prescribed, we carefully place the additional tablets inside the same box. In these cases, we cross out the original pack quantity and clearly write the correct total on the box to match the dispensing label.
If, after checking, you still believe there is an issue, please get in touch with our Customer Service team, who will be happy to investigate and resolve this for you. You can contact us via our contact page at https://www.peakpharmacy.co.uk/contact or by calling 01246 450425 (Option 1).
Our Customer Service team has also reached out to you directly, and we'll update this response once we've had the opportunity to speak with you and resolve the matter.

Hello,
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such positive feedback, we really appreciate it.
We're pleased you noticed the extra care our team took with your order. While some pharmacies may have simply sent everything that was requested, we don't think that's the right thing to do. Every order is clinically reviewed by one of our pharmacists, and if something doesn't match your travel plans or isn't needed, we'll always let you know and issue a refund.
We actually cancel or amend quite a lot of orders for this reason. Our pharmacists have a duty of care, and we try to bring the same values from our 130+ community pharmacies into our online service too. Your health will always come first, and if we can save you some money along the way, even better!
Kind Regards
Peak Pharmacy
