Peak Pharmacy Bewertungen

I had a very disappointing experience with Peak Pharmacy on 26th October 2026. I booked an appointment online for 2:00 pm for my son and even received a reminder at 1:00 pm confirming that the appointment was still scheduled for 2:00 pm.

However, when I arrived with my son at the agreed time, I was told that the pharmacist was on their lunch break and that I would have to come back in 30 minutes.

How can a pharmacy offer online appointments and send reminders confirming the appointment time when the pharmacist is unavailable? If the pharmacist is due to take a lunch break, surely the booking system should be organised to prevent appointments from being scheduled during that period.

This is particularly unacceptable when appointments involve young children, who may find it difficult to wait an additional 30 minutes or make a second trip. My time was wasted, and the experience was both frustrating and completely avoidable.

I expect a professional service to honour its appointments or, at the very least, inform customers in advance if there is a problem. Peak Pharmacy failed to do either.

I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking an appointment with this pharmacy. The booking system and the service provided need significant improvement.

Above and Beyond
Ben communicated clearly with us about the extent and limitations of their service. We received our large order of medicines in a timely manner, carefully and tightly packed and labelled so that we didn't have to do all the work. Thank you, Peak Pharmacy, and we will order from you again!

Really easy online process, I did have to ring customer services after a slight delivery issues but all 3 people I spoke to were extremely helpful and polite, I would definitely be happy to order again.

I just wanted to give some feedback on how helpful Peak pharmacy on Beanhill, Milton Keynes branch has been for me. I had my flu jab the other week which was done without me feeling a thing, Since then they have helped me when my surgery have messed up my prescription request, and they offered me a blood pressure test today, this was done by Ayesha. She was lovely. They all have been brilliant and professional and deserve to hear the appreciation. A big thank you from me !!!
