The pre-sale assessment great service from Peak Pharmacy.
The pre-sale assessment was thorough, relevant and easy to follow and complete.
Purchase at a very competitive price was also easy and secure.
Delivery was well managed by tracking and arrived on time. Somewhat ironic that our package left Stourbridge to the Royal Mail centre in Wakefield and returned back to Amblecote but this didn’t affect service delivery.
Our package was well managed and the contents nicely labelled.
Excellent! Well done.

We are glad you are happy with the level of service that we provided.
While we know the online assessments can be a little tedious, they are a legal requirement, and it allows our pharmacists to ensure that medicines are suitable and safe for use. So thank you for understanding!

Don’t assume your booked appointment will go ahead.
Booked an appointment by telephone at the Ripley branch for private flu jabs for 3 family members. Attended the appointment only to be told ‘we aren’t doing flu jabs today you should’ve had an email’. No email was ever received hence why we were there.. - but the worst of it was how flippant the staff member was, like we hadn’t just all had our limited time after work completely wasted. Didn’t even offer an apology. Really poor service, avoid.

Great Service, Fast Delivery
We only needed 2 pills as we were short them from our prescription. Instead of having to bother with a whole new prescription of 12+ pills, you offer the chance to buy single items which is great!
Thanks

Terrible experience dealing with my mother’s prescription. Not going back to them again as no sense of responsibility or accountability for patients prescription on time.

Peak service from a great pharmacy.
Great company. Confirmed that I could divert parcel to a Post Office for collection before it was sent. I am glad Peak pharmacy do this, while others don't offer that service, even for medication that the Royal Mail may leave in communal areas of buildings.
