Honestly wasn't expecting much but the file came out clean. I was converting a scanned doc and the text was actually readable afterwards. Will use again 👍

I can't remember even using this website but even if I did, I didnt see any information about a monthly recurring charge of £49 , there is no way I would have agreed to that ridiculous price. Their prices must have been well hidden which is not being transparent so must catch a lot of people out. I don't even remember using their services either.

needed to merge a few pdfs before a meeting and it worked instantly. no sign up, no waiting. did it again the next day for something else. pretty solid

Personally $160 has been withdrawn from my account while I try to have it stopped.

Added 16 Jun -Once again I did not ‘tick any boxes’ for a membership.
I paid for a one-time-use only.
45% of unauthorised $ taken out of my account was refunded.
45% not 100% !!!

Would never recommend allowing this company access to my account.

It’s practical when you need to deal with documents fast and don’t want to waste time learning complicated menus or settings. Everything feels easy to find.

Being able to edit, sign, and send documents right in the browser is really convenient, especially when working remotely. It saves me from constantly downloading files or switching between different programs.

One thing I really like is how consistent the experience feels every time I use it. I already know where everything is located, which makes handling documents feel easier, quicker, and a lot less stressful overall.

I needed the service for just one document, and paid for the one-time service fee. A week later, I was hit with a €49 charge and suddenly I'm automatically looped into their subscription. Nowhere was this stated in my account information when I double-checked it, and I'm very careful with not accidentally signing up for anything recurring. Luckily I was able to get a refund, but I had to go through the whole AI chat process, etc. BEWARE of using this service. Also, the platform itself wasn't very good, even for the one document I needed. Edited to add: when I just went to remove my payment info from my account there, I wasn't able to. There is no way to edit or remove anything. I had to go through their chat again and they 'removed' it for me, adding that it could take 30 days. Also stated not to worry, 'no one will use the info'. Be careful out there!

One thing I appreciate is that the interface stays clean and easy to understand. It focuses on the important PDF tools instead of filling the screen with features I’ll probably never use, so the whole experience feels much less frustrating and easier to navigate.

The tool feels nicely balanced overall. It has the features I actually need for everyday document work without making the interface feel crowded or overly technical. Everything is easy enough to find, so I can just open it and get things done without wasting time searching through menus.

I needed to make a few last minute edits before sending a document, and the whole process was quick and uncomplicated. Didn’t have to deal with extra setup or waste time figuring things out.

I only needed to remove a couple of pages from a PDF, and I’m glad the whole process ended up being so simple. With many tools even tiny edits become unnecessarily time consuming, but here it only took a minute and worked exactly the way I hoped.

El 10 de mayo envié a pdfservices el siguiente correo:
“El 9 de mayo (es decir, ayer) me suscribí por error a su servicio y ,como pueden comprobar, no he utilizado sus servicios. Por todo ello, solicito el reembolso de los 49 Euros que aboné ayer.”

Me contestaron:
“please note that per our [Terms of Use], membership fees are non-refundable”
Lo cual no es cierto como se lo puse de manifiesto. Fue un intento de engaño. No he vuelto a tener noticias sobre este tema.

Me di de baja del servicio y, posteriormente, han intentado cobrarme fraudulentamente la cuota de 49 Euros por 4 veces. Menos mal que mi banco rechazó el pago.

I submitted my card to cover the cost of the 7-day service.

I canceled the plan immediately since I no longer needed their services, but now I’m stuck in a 30-day process where I’m unable to remove my card or delete my account.

What’s even worse is that the customer support team has been completely unhelpful. Even after I explained how frustrating it is not to have the option to remove my card directly through the UI, they provided no real solution.

Not to mention, they claim to be GDPR-compliant while clearly failing to respect those rules.
