I used your website to convert a PDF…
I used your website to convert a PDF and paid the fee of CAD 0.95. My understanding was that this was a one-time charge for the PDF conversion service.
However, I later discovered that I had also been charged CAD 69 for a subscription, which I neither intended to purchase nor was aware I had signed up for. This charge is excessive and was completely unexpected.
I am not satisfied with the service and do not wish to continue with any subscription. Please cancel my subscription immediately and issue a full refund for the CAD 69 charge which you have charged.

Scam-Hidden subscription
I paid 1 euro for one document and after a week i saw that they took 50 euros from my bank account, without agreeing to it, i only agreed to the 1 euro charge. Scammers, be careful.

At first I thought maybe this site was not legit because I never heard about it before. Tried it with one file instead of all my documents. Everything went through fine and the result good looked. After that I uploaded the rest. For me it was okay, dont think it's a scam.

Service worked as expected. Uploading and processing were pretty quick. The only thing that confused me was finding one option in the menu, but after a minute I figured it out. Would use again.

You pick 7 days access for 1 euro (no subscription word there, no "trial", just 7 days access), and 7 days later they charge you 39 euro for a subscription, which they informed about in small letters. Clearly they goal is to scam people. They should be reported.

Wanted 1 PDF for a job application - website not clear at all and was charged £50 for a month service. Shocking customer service. Feel like they are praying on people with a ooh 50p trial and boom 100x increase when you weren't expecting it. Steer clear at all costs else it will cost you!!

After paying 2 PLN (0.5 EUR) for one PDF, they automatically tried to withdraw 179 PLN (about 39 EUR) from my account. They automatically put me in payment plan, I only realized it when they tried to withdraw €39 from my account. to I do not recommend it — a scam and fine-print trickery.

Jeg fik hurtigt min fil (hvilket var dejligt), men skulle betale 0,5€ for den og læste heldigvis, at hvis ikke jeg opsagde aftalen, var det et fortløbende abonnement efter en 7 dages prøveperiode. Det var imidlertid fuldstændig umuligt at gennemskue, hvordan man skulle opsige aftalen og jeg kontaktede kundeservice, som bad om de første 6 og de sidste 4 cifre i mit betalingskort. Det lød for mig som om der var noget lusk på færde, og jeg har nu spærret mit betalingskort.

Hidden 39€ fee
Update: they refunded me very very easy so I changed to 3 stars. Product was good
It was honestly a good product, thought a 50 cent fee was fair for the service. In the end the 50 cent was a hidden subscription starter for 39€. So I paid 39€ for a 3 site pdf. Is there any way to refund this?
