Subscription Trap
I was charged for a subscription I never knowingly signed up to.
Their Terms of Use state that refunds are available under certain conditions and that customers who request a refund within seven days of registration are eligible for a full or partial refund. I requested a refund immediately after the subscription charge and completed the refund form they asked me to submit. However, I was later told that membership fees are non-refundable (contradicting their Terms of Use) and that my transaction was not eligible for a refund, without any explanation of how this decision was reached under their published policy. STAY AWAY!!!

Esperienza anche per me estremamente negativa.
Ho acquistato un servizio PDF pubblicizzato a 0,50 €, ma solo successivamente al ritiro del denaro che mi sono accorto che era stato attivato automaticamente senza il mio consenso un abbonamento da 49 € al mese.
A mio parere, le modalità con cui viene presentata l'offerta non sono sufficientemente chiare prima di usufruire del servizio: durante la procedura di acquisto del servizio non mi sono reso conto di stare sottoscrivendo un abbonamento, anche perché la mail informativa era andata a finire nello spam.
Ho contattato il servizio clienti, ma non ha avuto il buon senso di capire la frusttrazione di un utente che si stene aggirato.
Personalmente ritengo questo modo di operare poco trasparente e fuorviante nei confronti dei consumatori. Consiglio a chiunque utilizzi questo servizio di leggere con estrema attenzione tutte le condizioni prima di procedere con il pagamento.
La mia esperienza è stata molto deludente e, sulla base di quanto mi è accaduto, non mi sento di consigliare questo servizio neanche io.

Scam at its finest
The product is a basic editor so nothing special. I paid 1€ for the one time use and they tried to bill me another 50€, thankfully my bank declined the payment and I gave them a call instantly to block any other payments from this site.

Not bad at all. I merged 6 files and it handled it without issue. Only thing I noticed is there's no preview before you download but that's a minor thing. Would use again.

Same as everyone else , just got charged for a subscription I never knowingly signed up to. Very underhand practice. look guys your actual product is great why ruin it by being evasive on your charging ? Be transparent.I opted to pay by use which I was charged for and then got charged for a subscription that I was unaware of having agreed to take out. Probably it’s an opt out which you do not easily see. Given an extra star as you have now send you will refund me. Thank you , but why wind customers up in the first place ?! I do not enjoy or want to leave poor reviews.

This is too expensive for what it does. You can get the top tier Subscription from Adobe for 16€ LESS per month. You might as well go to the source. I wasted 49€ because I forgot to cancel this service. Learn from my lesson!!

They are scammers used there services for a few minutes paid a 1 euro fee. Just got charged 49 euro today. Never got a 24 hour email to let me know I would get charged nothing. Talk about a disgrace not on whatsoever.

Hice una prueba para pasar unas fotos a PDF y me pidieron 0,50 euros. Abrí la cuenta con ellos y pagué el importe. No me gustó para nada el resultado y para colmo al mes me han cargado 29 euros de una suscripción que nunca hice y que nunca me avisaron que pasaría. Ojo con esta empresa.... No devuelve el dinero cobrado de forma fraudulenta. No recomendable en absoluto.
