Parts arrived as described very quickly, courier company made a cock up with the delivery that delayed things by a day (delivered to wrong address even though they had correct info from partsmazda)- 1 minor issue that wrong fitting instructions were in the pack (for mazda 3 not mazda 2) but this was not an issue on this occasion due to the ease of fitting anyway.All in all would use this company again

Product was of ill fitting so tried to improvise, i damaged in the process.
Tried to order another but advised by Mr Dave Garth product was no longer avalible.
Explained the original product was faulty but he was not interested & just advised product is now discontinued, have tried a few Mazda dealers but NO STOCK available.
So i have 3 new window cover panels & the old tatty drivers one fitted...
What a mess....

Had a delivery problem with the courier (nothing to do with Mazdaparts). One call to these guys and it was sorted within 24 hours. Excellent service.

After placing 2 orders I sent an email to customer service and still have not received a response, as well as the request not having been done. Very poor.

Also the items I bought, meant to be for an rx8, are not actually rx8 parts but just Mazda parts and so I was disappointed as it doesn't suit/fit my rx8.

I would like a response so that I can proceed with sorting out the situation.

had to chase order but they e-mailed back glich in system goods arrived and where despatching that day parcels arrived next day. just what friend and I wanted.

Parts despatched and on doorstep within three working days. Order fully correct. No hassles. Would definitely use again.

Good swift service, parts well packaged and as advertised.
Delivery service threw the package over my gate into a muddy puddle when I was out. I didn't get home for several hours and it rained heavily. The note said that I had specified for the package to be left there which is not the case. The package could have been damaged when dropped or left out in the rain. Fortunately this was not the case.

Excellent service with very quick delivery

I spoke to Dave Gareth and found his understanding and service second to none. He gave his contact details, genuine expectation time scales and spot on with respect to the delivery. I wished the Delivery service (City Link) had the same attitude.

I have dealt with many large organisations, such as Vodafone, Golf, BMW etc that have no clue in what it means to have a genuine high standards of service.

I am glad that both my cars are Mazda. Not just recently, but over the last 5 years, many of my friends and colleagues have bought Mazda 6 & 3 on the back of my experience on cost of service and helpfulness.

I know the title is corny but there was no over way to express it.

The roof bars I ordered arrived very quickly and were well packaged and undamaged. As the product was a Mazda item, it fitted perfectly. Sadly, my wife lost the instructions and I was unable to find a replacement on the internet. Not an issue connected in any way to PartsMazda - just a gripe with Mazda temselves, as most companies now provide on-line manuals for their products. I would recommend PartsMazdas to anyone.

**3 days after posting this review, Dave Garth from PartsMazda has emailed me the fitting instructions for thr roof bars I purchased. Without doubt, the best service I've ever had from any company I've purchased from through the internet. Thanks Dave. I only wish I could increase my rating.
