Partsmazda 

I ordered a set of car mats, these were a very good price. Online ordering was simple and acknowledgement email received straight away. Delivered by courier 4 days later.

The Mazda car mats I ordered arrived promptly but, the carrier dropped the package off at my next door neighbours house without putting a note through my door informing me of this. I was at home for most of the day, only popping out once or twice but managed to miss the delivery.
The e-mail that was sent telling me my order was about to despatch didn't say that the package would be left either at a neighbours house or round the back of mine so I was a bit annoyed when my neighbour appeared in the evening with a parcel.

Can't express opinion as item is on back order and not delivered yet! I elected to wait.

Recently bought brand new mazda5 spending ££££££ yet had to go to partsmazda to buy floor mats and boot cover which for the few extra pounds could be included in price of a new vehicle.Cant even find proper seat covers from manufacturer........
This aside shopping at parts mazda was pretty straightforward with items purchased reasonably priced and punctual delivery.

Easy to order, excellent prices & quick delivery.

The service was good and the staff helpful however the part supplied was not easy to fit and the fixing were not quite right.

First rate service, good communication including an email to advise that one of the parts was not right for our car (and that the payment for this part had been cancelled) an email to advise the delivery date and a call to let us know that delivery would be before the promised date - will definitely use agan in the future

I have found dealing with Partsmazda very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I shall definitely use this company again. Mr D Garth in the parts dept, is a very competent and knowledgeable person. I would recommend this company to anyone owning a mazda.

Ordered my new car mats for a great price - kept informed at all times and super fast dispatch. Only slight problem was CityLink delivery - not the fault of Partsmazda though. Would absolutely use them again.

Parts , service and delivery all very good.

Slightly disappointed that when ordering item was said to be available then to discover that it was not available until 13 Apr 12, but thats life

This was the first time placing an order with Partsmazda and I can honestly say I was quite impressed.
I originally sent an email inquiring as to the availability of a part (that is not available here in the US), I promptly received an answer and placed my order.
I was ABSOLUTELY amazed at how quickly the part was boxed and shipped to my door across the pond.

Ordered MX5 Bar Cladding and received a Speedy Service with instructions for fitting the pair of Chrome Bar Claddings.
The Items were well protected in the packaging so Cannot fault the service and would recommend Jennings Mazda to any MX5 owner.

Very serious company. Internationnal shipping was done very quickly.
If you ask something by e-mail, you will get an answer very quickly.
Their products are exactly the same as shown on pictures. So I was very happy when I opened my packet.
If I need other parts, I will not hesitate to contact partsmazda again !

ORDERED SCUFF PLATES AND THE WELCOME ILLUMINATION LIGHT KIT FOR MY MAZDA 2 AND I FOUND DAVE AT THE PARTS DEPT VERY HELPFULL. UNFORTUNATLY THEY SENT ME THE RED LIGHTS BY MISTAKE AS I ORDERED BLUE BUT DAVE SOON RECTIFIED THE PROBLEM AND I HAD THE NEW LIGHTS WITH-IN A COUPLE OF DAYS. THINKING OF ORDERING MATS AS WELL. DEFINITELY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY AND WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

Products arrived as described and on time. I will definitely be using you again if I need anything else.

Company telephoned to check details to ensure they would be sending the right item(s).My only reservation was p&p was a little high but that aside a very efficient company to deal with.
