We had the disappointing experience of dealing with Page&Wells with a potential house we was looking at buying.
They couldn't answer any questions we asked about the property, didn't seem interested in finding out either. Also the description of the property doesn't describe the actual property as it should be either. Almost like they were trying to hide things. I would avoid them at all costs.

From the first viewing with Ian Walker where we fell in love with our now successfully purchased property, to the numerous communication between us and the vendor which was skilfully managed by the constant diligence and approachable manner of Adam Aelen we can’t overstate the personal touch everyone made to our experience. Adam in particular went above and beyond to trying to accommodate us and the vendor’s requests and I would not hesitate in recommending both him and the company to anyone purchasing a property. It’s so refreshing to be able to work with a company that really pulls out all the stops to make things happen. The staff really are a credit to this business and the impression left is nothing but a good one.

It's been some months now that the process of moving into my new property was completed. Thanks to Adam and the team at the Bearsted Office for their full attention to all my questions and queries. Adam and the whole team was always helpful, friendly and polite. All went without any issues. I would recommend Page and Wells if you want a good friendly estate agent.

I have previously used Page & Wells to sell my property and they came up trumps! I therefore decided to use their services again and Steve visited, explained the process, took on board my requirements and very quickly found a proceedable buyer. Shortly afterwards the chain was complete. I was concerned initially as there were eight in the chain. However I cannot praise the sterling work of Michelle enough. She kept the chain moving along, advised any issues and was brilliant about responding to queries. There was a wobble near exchange but with Michelle's help we managed to exchange and will shortly complete. I cannot recommend this company enough particularly Steve and Michelle. Thankyou.

By far the worse estate agent ever!!! Dealt with James who was not very transparent and forthcoming with information regarding the existence of a probate which caused considerable delays to us including financial losses and inconvenience especially at a moment when I am pregnant and most vulnerable. I raised this with Duncan who was extremely rude and made it very clear that his duty is to the vendor WHO IS PAYING HIS FEES. At no point they apologize for the considerable delays. So basically they diasadvantage us to advantage their Vendor who couldn't be bothered to move out of the house to give us vacant possession. They also prevented us from viewing the property before we complete which we thought is being spiteful. They lack customer service and professionalism in every sense.

The whole process from the sale through to completion was excellent. The time and effort taken to market the house at its best was very good, for example, coming back a couple of times to get good photos in the best light and allowing us to add things that we felt important to the details.
Communication with us and our buyers was great. Nicola was very supportive throughout the whole after sales process, keeping everyone informed and on board, despite some delays from the property we were buying.
