I cannot recommend Nikki at Michael’s Property Consultants highly enough. From start to finish, she was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Nikki was always available to answer questions, kept me updated every step of the way, and made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable

Michaels valued my property and then marketed it on January 2nd 2026, they sold it very quickly, January 20th!!

Everything was managed so smoothly by them, I did not need to worry about anything they reassured me every step of the way .

The service I have received has been excellent from the beginning right up to completion date.

Michaels always kept me up to date on how my sale was progressing through their wonderful sale progressor, Jo Davy. The whole team are highly professional, amazingly friendly, approachable and so helpful with any queries I had.
I cannot recommend/praise them enough!

Absolute joke………20 Acacia avenue Colchester just sold for £260K…….that’s £40k below market value.Unfortunately my dimwit of a brother listened to these cowboys regards a valuation and went with advice.

My mum and dad spent their entire lives paying for their home only for it to be sold for peanuts……..My mum was offered £290k in 2021 and property prices have slowly increased……….someone without a conscience has gained a nice pot of commission.

I can’t recommend this estate agent highly enough. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic.

Ollie, who handled the sale of my house, was incredibly dedicated and proactive. His commitment really stood out, and thanks to his hard work, my house was sold within just a matter of weeks – I couldn’t have asked for better.

A special mention also goes to the fabulous “superwoman” Nikki who was the backbone of the process. She kept everything progressing smoothly and her support throughout was absolutely invaluable. She was professional, reassuring, and always on hand to help, making what can be a stressful process feel so much easier.

Michaels Estate Agent have always been friendly and helpful. I don't usually leave reviews but I need to write positively about my experience with Michaels and especially Kyle Hockley. I have 3 rental properties and have used various agents over the years woth mixed experiences but I would only now use Michaels going forward. Kyle was professional, accurately priced my properties and got the asking price all within a week of being advertised. Kyle also takes very good photos!

The sales team arranged everything, carrying out viewings and liaising throughout, which took a huge amount of pressure off me. We purchased our property, 6 years ago, through Michaels and were so impressed with the service when we decided to sell they were the only Estate Agent we contacted. So happy we did. From Cameron, taking photos and doing the initial consultation, Michael compiling the brochure and Lee and Ollie arranging viewings, the service has been first class. However they really come into their own with the fantastic customer service, and support, provided by Nikki.

Nikki is the Sales Progressor. She constantly kept us updated and tirelessly chased agents and solicitors on our behalf. Every call and email we sent was answered the same day. We felt we always knew what was happening, which is so important, especially due to the complications further down the chain.
