Debbie & Sienna were both very helpful, prompt and professional in all aspects of the house purchase process. It was a great comfort to have people who handled all my queries (some of which were probably were a bit naive from me) diligently and efficiently in what was a somewhat stressful time for me.

Be very very careful if you rent a property from this company. They are not understanding at all and do not listen. They pocket holding deposits and refuse to pay it back. After knowing the circumstances too. Very very unfair company and I’m very disappointed that they badly ripped off my son and his partner.

Communication from Jamie in their office has been first class and we have been kept informed at every stage of the process which was slightly more difficult as we had tenants in the property. Joshua ensured that I was updated at all times with regards to my property transaction in Ipswich. This as especially important as my solicitors levels of communication was negligible at times. Although the whole process seemed protracted, Joshua remained confident throughout the transaction period and reassured me through the difficult moments. A recommended estate agent.

All I can say here is if this company have anything to do with a house you're potentially looking to buy go elsewhere. Rudest staff I have ever come across.

Average. Ok as agent but have spent 18 months trying to get them to recognis new legal owner of property - and they have bungled paperwork all over the place.

Rhys from the Witham Branch has been fantastic. Extremely well informed, great communication (that has never felt pushy and pressured) and professional throughout. Unfortunately we are yet to find our next home but Fenn Wright have understood exactly what we are looking for and fingers crossed we find it soon.
