I ordered a Mammut down jacket from Pack Your Bags. The price was the best I could find online. The jacket arrived faster than expected, double bagged. Great service.

enjoyed the odder items, started order with you with some pee bags really great for gliding you could put advert or review in a gliding mag, glider pilots can be in the air for up to five hours[crossed legs or what]! all my orders have been very speedy good service.

I found the ordering and comunication by e-mail well organised, the despatch went well but the only problem was, as with several companies the reciept of the goods, the disruption caused by not knowing when they would arrive mees a lot of wasted time hanging about. Useing Royal Mail seems to make things worse as you can never be sure what time they will arrive. Whether things will inprove remains to be seen but it would help to know morning or afternoon.There are several companies that will give this information and consequently time can be used more efficiantly, also you can give an alternative address if there will be no one at home.

I felt sorry for pack our bag as my 1st order was very quick in arriving. Don't know what the Post Office did with the 2nd one but fair play pack our bag despatched another order as we were going on our Holidays. This arrived the following day. Then guess what turned up after our 2 week holiday. The missing order. Would recommend pack our bag to anyone. They never give in and go out of their way to help the customers.

I ordered some sealskinz gloves, which did come within a few days. When i opened them they were the wrong gloves. I ordered lightweight all weather, and received winter gloves. When i highlighted this, they offered me a refund if i sent the gloves back which i had to pay to do. This still left with no gloves.

Order dealt with speedily. Well packaged and prompt delivery. Excellent service.

I highly recommend this company. My stuff arrived quickly and was what I asked for at half the price of other companies.

The gloves were the cheapest compared to other sites that I have used in the past, my only gripe was this site charges postage.

I ordered a Jack Wolfskin jacket on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday - in time for my birthday :) I'll certainly check this website again.
