Ordered Jack Wolfskin coat on Monday afternoon choosing first class post and it arrived Tuesday morning, and it was cheaper than in the shops. First class service.

The correct sise boot wasnt in stock due to a mistake in stock keeping. I was quickly informed of the matter and agreed to take the next sise down, which, ironicaly, fitted perfectly, saving me from having to making a return. I found the company are quick to respond to phone or Email querries and delivery was quick as soon as we had agreed about what I wanted to do. I would be happy to use this company again. Problems regretably do happen from time to time and I think good service is as much about how these problems are dealt with as anything else.

I specified the wrong item in my online order and called to make an amendment. Within an hour I received confirmation that the item I should have ordered was on its way.

Found Travel Johns on the Internet. Ordered them and received them by return of post. We will keep a packet in the car as there is nothing worse than urgently needing to pay a visit when miles away from relief!

Click on to the website, saw what I wanted paid my money (very reasonable) and then every step of the way was informed as to where my parcel was.

Item arrived quickly, and is just what I wanted

I ordered some travel wash items, a bit late in the day, but they arrived the day before departure. Lightened my load as they were concentrates (got loads left for my next trip) and I was able to reduce packed clothing.

I've found this shop with Google, without any other info, but now i'm very satisfied about it.

couldn't find the chums glasses straps anywhere on the high street so great find and very reasonably priced - thanks
