I ordered the equipment on Wednesday with next day delivery as was doing the 3 peaks on Friday. I had a call about an hour after my order apologising but the last product which I had order had just been shipped. I was told they could package up a different coloured item and send it. Because it was a call and not an email it was all sorted very quickly! Highly Reccomend!

Ordered with a few click, waited a few days, got what I ordered. Simple.

The jacket is really good quality and was exactly the same as the picture. Really pleased with it.

I was a bit worried as I had not used the company before and the product was a lot cheaper than anywhere else I had found. However, I was really pleased I had ordered with them. My coat was fabulous and really well priced and although I only paid for first class postage it arrived really quickly. I'll use them again :-)
