As real estate investor to amount of knowledge I’m getting in this community are amazing. Thanks Pace for putting all out for us. Subto always

5 Stars to Pace...He is a great teacher and mentor. I have learned so much about Real Estate investing, creative finance and becoming real estate professional. His community is the best in the biz ......

I learned about dscr. and how payouts work. Pace is very good with explaining things when people are not very knowledgeable. Thanks Pace can’t wait to learn more.

Since joining Pace Morby’s SubTo and Gator communities, one of the most valuable things I’ve learned is that real estate investing involves much more than finding a property. It takes understanding the seller’s needs, evaluating the numbers, exploring financing options, and building relationships with people who bring different strengths to a deal.

A win for me has been putting that education into practice by joining multifamily and RV park investment teams, speaking with owners, and connecting with potential buyers. These experiences have helped me better understand what questions to ask and how to evaluate opportunities.

The education, connections, and opportunities to participate have been valuable parts of my experience.

Pace Morby is a true saint the value and information he provided to his community is unmatched. I'm learning something new everyday!

Since joining this community I have learned so much about investing in RE.

The zoom was great it's a lot to unpack lots of gems in this content

One of the best aspects of Pace is the incredible community he has built. The members are knowledgeable, active, and generous with their support. No matter your real estate focus, whether it's single-family homes, RV parks, or businesses, you'll find valuable opportunities and connections here.

Great and valuable information!! I learned yesterday with Pace how to clean out my email with GrokBot!!
LOVE THIS COMMUNITY!!

Pace offers us the opportunity, the only thing I have to do is move forward on it..

If you are interested in investing in real estate or just about anything, Pace Morby is one of the best people to learn from. He makes learning interesting and fun.

I've been in Pace Morby's SubTo community for three months now, and I can honestly say it's so much more than I expected. It's like being part of a university, a community, and a hands-on training program all in one. There's always someone there to learn from, ask questions, and grow with, it's never just a course you watch on your own.

Pace has given ten times more than what he even said came with the program. The value just keeps coming. If you're serious about learning creative real estate the right way and want a real community behind you, this is it.

I just joined and I’m already loving this community, all they do is Help! And not in just one area, they cover a wide variety of topics like investing, real estate and tools we can use to make those deals happen. I love that we have a community to “hold our hand” while we make these decisions that feel like “risks”! Thank you. Can’t wait to learn more and close my first deal.

I’m loving the concept of community networking.
I want to meet everyone. I like the way I can reach out to people and get some feedback.

I learned that there is lots to learn about buying RV parks. With the Subto group you always have someone to go to for information.
Thanks Pace and Heather

Very thankful for Pace and his team! Everyone is always very helpful and giving. Thank you so!!!

I am a business owner...restaurants owner. Also have property along with the restaurant. I did my first deal creatively was my second restaurant last year. I am a mortgage broker experience and insurance agent experience since year 2000.

I just learned how to build a full-blown RE Investment company with BOTS!

We joined Pace's group subto a few months ago. it truly is a group of people that help each other to become a real-estate investor / owner. one thing some don't understand it is NOT a get rich quick scheme.
