One of the biggest takeaways I had from Pace’s meeting today was that the value of lending goes beyond the interest earned.

Every time I lend capital into a well-structured real estate transaction, I’m not just pursuing a financial return. I’m also creating an opportunity to demonstrate that I’m a serious investor who can deploy capital, evaluate opportunities, understand deal structures, and follow through on commitments.

Over time, a track record of successful lending can help build credibility with operators, sponsors, and other investors. That credibility may create access to future opportunities, stronger relationships, and potentially opportunities to participate in deals in different capacities.

Since joining the Subto community, it has been an incredible experience of growth, learning, and connection. Pace’s consistent willingness to be a true go-giver, along with the support from his team and community leaders, has been nothing short of amazing. Being part of an outstanding South Florida team has expanded my knowledge of creative real estate investing strategies and introduced me to a mindset that challenges traditional views of real estate.
