I’m new no experience

I joined Pace Morby’s SubTo community on June 3, 2026. With extensive experience as a commercial and residential real estate appraiser and as a former real estate broker, I came in with a strong foundation—but I’ve already learned many new ways to approach real estate investing.

SubTo has expanded my understanding of opportunities across single-family homes, co-living properties, apartments, land, self-storage, mobile home parks, and RV parks. I’m especially interested in co-living, land, apartments, self-storage, and mobile home parks.

Regardless of your experience level, there’s a wealth of resources to help you continue learning. There are several live Zoom calls each day, hundreds of recorded training calls available in your account, and many community members you can reach out to for additional help.

One of the things I appreciate most is how supportive the community is. Even with years of industry experience, I’m finding plenty to learn and new possibilities to explore.

Enormous amount of info and training provided

Awesome experience in this community, I learn something new daily! If working alone without a community this information may have taken me decades to learn or even figure out! Thanks for the passion and commitment to our success!

I signed up for SubTo. I have taken many courses on various topics throughout the years. I am blown away at the level of this opportunity and support. People can learn how to do real estate on so many places online. This is a full community from the newest newbies to the highest level of investors. They offer so many levels of support. The culture is build to offer service to one another. There are daily zoom meetings every day but Sunday. You have live support on deals. My only regret is not signing up sooner.

Being part of Pace Morby's SubTo community has changed how I look at real estate deals. About a year ago, my wife and I discovered Pace Morby while looking for ways to diversify our investments beyond our successful technology consulting business. We knew how to build and operate a business, but wanted to better understand creative finance strategies and how to apply them to real estate investing.

I came across an interview Pace was doing on someone’s social media platform. He was being challenged with some tough questions, and what caught my attention wasn’t just his knowledge of creative finance. I was so impressed that I woke my wife up at 2 AM and told her we needed to join this community!

Fast forward a year, and we’ve joined SubTo, Gator, Zero Down, and Owners Club. What started as an interest in creative finance has opened our eyes to an entirely different world of investing, entrepreneurship, and relationship building.

We’ve already invested in a co-living opportunity and experienced firsthand the guidance, encouragement, and support of fellow community members. That willingness to share knowledge, collaborate, and help others succeed is what truly sets this community apart.

As business owners, we appreciate that Pace’s vision goes well beyond teaching people how to structure real estate deals. He’s building an ecosystem where entrepreneurs can connect, leverage each other’s strengths, create opportunities, and work toward generational wealth.

The education is valuable, but the relationships and community are what make the experience exceptional.

We’re still early in our journey, but we’ve already gained new perspectives, meaningful connections, and the confidence to pursue opportunities we wouldn’t have considered a year ago.

That 2 AM decision turned out to be one we’re incredibly grateful we made. Thank you, Pace, and the entire community!
