Enthusiasm and giving experience is outstanding!

The education is great, with real life scenarios to understand the application of the training. The best part is the community. There are so many people collaborating to share knowledge, experience, and guidance. The greatest teamwork ever!!

My experience with Pace Morby’s SubTo community has been positive. I appreciate the emphasis on creative financing, real-world investment strategies, and connecting with other real estate investors. The educational resources and community discussions have helped broaden my perspective on different acquisition opportunities. I’m looking forward to continuing to learn and putting these strategies into practice.

I've been part of Pace Morby's SubTo community since April, and it's been worth every bit. Pace gives tremendous value and never stops giving. Every resource a person could need to learn creative financing and grow in real estate is right there in the community. And if something isn't there yet, Pace goes out, finds it and brings it back to us. If you're serious about investing, I highly recommend joining.

I'm not tech savvy but I was able to follow Pace's instructions to sign in to Grok Bot. I'm learning and I must say this is awesome!

This community experience has been nothing but amazing, I have learned so much in such a short time. I attended the NOLB from September 21-24 which was great to network and meet other likeminded people focused on one goal and to learn and purchase real estate. The RV Park meeting and the opportunity to be a part of an RV Park to learn the daily operations is amazing.

Love the community. If it wasn't for Pace hosting Ella Goren ona zoom I wouldn't of got the oppertunity to work with her.

Personal, professional and trust worthy. Core values and principles resonate with me.

Pace gives a tremendous amount of his time to his growing community. He is extremely patient as he works with people from all backgrounds. I have learned so much and enjoy the format. He also has other people teach their areas of expertise that are complementary to Pace's.
Of the many communities I have looked at, Pace Morby is at the top.

After joining Paces' Community my RE knowledge is through the roof. I also got a friend of 20 yrs to join Subto in 2026. So much opportunity! The Value Pace provides is priceless. If you want great direction and hand holding....Don"t second guess it. Get In! Get In!

Amazing. Everyone is so helpful and encouraging. Thank you all

-Very welcoming and have a wealth of information
-Gives very good trainings with no extra money required
-Community has a MSA that helps with onboarding and answering any questions
-community is very positive

Hey pace is such an inspiration to all the members and always gives his all to everyone without nothing in return. Pace is caring and helps a lot of people. I am excited to learn about RV parks and help everyone else learn about this amazing opportunity.

From the day I got into Subto I was showered with meetups and actually met Pace in St. Paul, MN within two weeks of joining. The experience of SqaudUp was extraordinary . Now, to be giving the GrotBot to do so much of our grunt work ... THANK-YOU ALL!

Awesome program! Awesome people. Overwhelming at how much is inside this network.

Pace has great insight on the many ways to get a real estate deal done. Good information on the AI bot for underwriting properties.

I've had the opportunity to learn from Pace Morby's community, and what stands out most is the willingness of people to help one another. Real estate can feel overwhelming at times, but being surrounded by individuals who openly share their experiences, successes, and lessons learned has been incredibly valuable.

I've gained knowledge, confidence, and a different perspective on creative financing and real estate investing. The education is practical, the community is engaged, and there's a genuine culture of collaboration rather than competition.

No program is perfect, but my experience has been positive, and I've appreciated the opportunity to connect with like-minded investors who are focused on growth and helping each other succeed.
