Pace is incredible! He truly wants to help others with his ongoing teaching from the get-go, and he continues giving with live Zooms, which are recorded for those who can't get on, as well as a large library of teaching modules. He just loves people and it shows and his investment in his community is beyond incredible! Thank you so much Pace! You truly Rock!!

My experience was awesome because I learned a lot about Grok Bot. I learned how to do an easier way of underwriting and with this new Amazing AI tool. The Host Heather and Trish even made it enjoyable and easier to grasp. I grateful for the knowledge that is and was shared on this FREE platform!

The information provided in the training is very informative. The community you get to be apart of is so helpful and supportive. If you’re on the fence about joining, just do it and you’ll be glad you did!

Pace’s unwavering commitment to his students is what makes SubTo so exceptional. Beyond the community, connections, and opportunities, he continually invests his time, resources, and knowledge into helping others succeed. I’ve never seen someone give so consistently and generously, and it’s genuinely inspiring. His commitment to leaving no student behind is evident in how consistently he shows up for this community. Honestly, a big part of our growth comes from the way he smack-talks the idiocy right out of us. 😂

It’s difficult to put into words the impact SubTo has had on my life. What I’m learning extends far beyond real estate. I’m developing practical skills, challenging my limitations, building discipline, and learning to persevere through obstacles rather than let them dictate my future.

I’ve always dreamed of achieving financial freedom, building something of my own, and pursuing meaningful work without compromising my values. Through SubTo, I’m gaining the knowledge, skills, relationships, and mindset to begin making that future a reality.

What Pace is building is more than an educational platform; it’s a community that empowers people to grow, take ownership of their futures, and recognize their potential. I’m incredibly grateful to be part of it, and I genuinely believe what I’m learning will impact far more than just my career.

I've learned so much and the most valuable lesson is I can get an asset with zero money down.

The education and community support in Pace Morby’s offerings is beyond imaginable. We have 30-40 calls a week to help us succeed. Best bonus: The membership never expires!!

I would just like to say that every zoom that I’ve been on, homeroom this last zoom do a deal with pace. All of them have been excellent and everyone that I have met has been amazing. So grateful for this opportunity and grateful for all the knowledge that’s being taught. And I learned what DSCR is.Lol.

Wow, Pace continues to deliver, Always thinking outside the box by keeping us on the cutting edge of the Real Estate Industry through whatever is the highest and best. I am really grateful to all of the Leaders in the community for there parts in keeping Subto ahead of the curve. The vision in this community is unmatched anywhere. The wealth of knowledge and giving has pulled me out of a Life of complacency and given the future new possibilities for myself and others. Thank You

I have learned a lot of great information every time I watch videos. Yesterday, I downloaded Grokbot's free trial, and proceeded to use up all the free tokens.
I love it.
Thanks

You guys continue to over deliver in this community on a daily basis.
This is the place for real estate investors.
Thank you!

The information is invaluable. Appreciate the friendliness and treating everyone like family. Love everything shared. Learn so much!

Genuine education and an active community. If you actually execute.

Pace is exceptionally open with his knowledge, breaking down creative finance in a way that cuts through typical industry gatekeeping. His support team and community are genuinely responsive when you need guidance on deal structures or underwriting. That said, this isn't a passive program; the resources and network are there, but the return entirely depends on your willingness to do the legwork and make the calls. Highly recommended for self-starters.

Enthusiasm and giving experience is outstanding!

The education is great, with real life scenarios to understand the application of the training. The best part is the community. There are so many people collaborating to share knowledge, experience, and guidance. The greatest teamwork ever!!

My experience with Pace Morby’s SubTo community has been positive. I appreciate the emphasis on creative financing, real-world investment strategies, and connecting with other real estate investors. The educational resources and community discussions have helped broaden my perspective on different acquisition opportunities. I’m looking forward to continuing to learn and putting these strategies into practice.

I've been part of Pace Morby's SubTo community since April, and it's been worth every bit. Pace gives tremendous value and never stops giving. Every resource a person could need to learn creative financing and grow in real estate is right there in the community. And if something isn't there yet, Pace goes out, finds it and brings it back to us. If you're serious about investing, I highly recommend joining.

I'm not tech savvy but I was able to follow Pace's instructions to sign in to Grok Bot. I'm learning and I must say this is awesome!

This community experience has been nothing but amazing, I have learned so much in such a short time. I attended the NOLB from September 21-24 which was great to network and meet other likeminded people focused on one goal and to learn and purchase real estate. The RV Park meeting and the opportunity to be a part of an RV Park to learn the daily operations is amazing.

Love the community. If it wasn't for Pace hosting Ella Goren ona zoom I wouldn't of got the oppertunity to work with her.
