It has been amazing learning from Pace Morby. The training he provides is constantly improving. Although I sometimes find it a real challenge to keep up, I love everything I'm learning. Super appreciate how up to date he is not only using AI himself, but also deep training us to be high end users of it as well. So grateful and trying hard to keep the Pace. :)

Abundant data, valuable information, direct responses to situations that arise in the course of live interactions. This company is NOT ONLY inspiring in many ways but provides access to answers to questions shared by many not just oneself while doing answers for each and all question-askers.

The Pace Morby ecosystem is second to none! The quality of the training, the sense of community, and the emphasis on taking action, truly set it apart. It’s an environment where people are committed to learning, building relationships, and putting what they learn into practice. An incredible community for growth and execution!

This is a great community with wonderful like minded invertors willing and wanting to collaborate to make deals. Also the tools and acknowledge share helps to scale and reach my goals faster.

SubTo has been a great community for learning everything creative finance and finding like minded ppl to partner with and form lasting friendships with…

I have went from knowing nothing about co-living to starting a business focused on it.

The best community on the planet!!!

Pace and Heather explained many concepts well, underwritting , grok bot , rv park deal structuring , dscr

Joining SubTo has been about so much more than learning real estate. The personal growth, mindset shifts, and relationships I've developed along the way have been invaluable.

I've been challenged to think bigger, step outside my comfort zone, believe in what's possible, and surround myself with people who genuinely want to see others succeed.

One of the most incredible parts of this community is the people. I've met individuals from all walks of life who are willing to share their knowledge, offer encouragement, open doors, and help each other grow. The relationships and connections alone have been worth so much.

To me, SubTo truly is a land of opportunity. Not just financially, but personally and professionally. There are so many different paths to explore, people to learn from, and opportunities to create. What you choose to do with those opportunities is up to you.

I'm grateful for the growth I've experienced, the people I've met, and the perspective I've gained. It's been so much more than I ever expected.

It is so cool that we are able to form our own "buy box" with GrokBot. And, so quickly. Glad I will be able to participate as an investor on this RV park. Can't wait to get started!

I listened and watched 2 days of Pace and Heather break down Grok Bot and RV Park training. It was an eye opening experience. I learned what the future holds for the real estate investment community and how to use these tools to optimize success. The best part is the ongoing training and the community to help you in your journey. Thank you

A giving community with real value

What stands out to me about Pace and the SubTo community is the emphasis on giving, sharing knowledge, and helping each other move forward. There’s so much value in being around people who are willing to share their time and experience.

I’ve been to a handful of meetings and have loved the real-life, in-person connections. Those conversations and relationships have already been a highlight for me. I’m excited to keep learning, build on those connections, and contribute to the community myself.

The clarity, focus, structured training & creative & innovating approach to REI & Acquisitions are superlative. The livestreams, consisting of over 40 live zooms training calls per week covering all aspects of REI Investing & Acquisitions are step-by-step & totally user friendly. Customer Service is world class & I would recommend this program to anyone who is willing to learn & master some basic skills in order to achieve incomparable results.

I think the company is great. There is a lot to learn and a lot of people willing to help.

I wanted to share that I’m so grateful to be in this community. My biggest take away is how AI is gonna take on most of the work from our business and help simplify our lives.

Pace Morby and the Subto community is a great place to learn and network with like minded people of everything Real Estate. What I learned is how to determine what makes any asset worth to invest in. I am sure I am in the right spot to learn how to acquire properties to build for me and my family's future

Since yesterday, 10/20/2026 I went from 1 project to 3 Container Homes/Offices and maybe more with the States of Texas and found numerous RV Park to inquire after I downloaded Grok bot. Guys if you don't get on board in this Tsunami you will be left behind, I mean it.

Exceptional and valuable information, many thanks to Team and to Pace.

Just joined the session 5 mins ago and this is my 1st day

I joined SubTo to get started in real estate, but Pace offers sooo much more than just real estate training. After watching a course on creative financing for vehicles, I bought a vehicle subject-to.
It showed me that subto is not just for real estate, it works for pretty much anything. The strategies are real and they apply way beyond houses. Thanks Pace and the community!
