AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!
Started to make a booking for oven clean online and they called me before I'd even finished putting in all my details! Tried all the usual upsell, but I only wanted a one off clean. I paid £20 deposit, this was on 4th Sept for an appointment on 2nd Oct. I selected a PM appt, and got a call the day before to say the cleaner would be between 9-12, to be told my request of PM is only a 'preferred' time slot! Red flag no 1! I agreed to accept the morning appt. On day of the clean, the cleaner called me about 8.30 to say he would be there in half an hour. Fab!! He then called back within 5 mins, to say the office gave him another job to go to first so he'd now be about an hour and a half. By 11am, still no sign, so I called Oven Support who told me that, 'sorry, our cleaner has called in sick today, so would I like to rearrange!!' Blatent lie! I said, no thanks, just give me my money back. 4 emails later and today 7th Nov, I've only just got my refund!!

Booked a morning slot a few weeks in advance, had incessant phone calls asking me to add things, if I wanted to subscribe for twice a year. The sales person was very pushy but if you just say no they will get it. After reading the reviews I was very nervous and sceptical.
The customer service team will literally call you as soon as you put your details in! Bit stalker-ish.
But he was amazing. My oven looks brilliant, he was on time, friendly and did a great job. Called me when he was on his way too! I am in Hampshire.

I had my rangemaster 80 cleaned - inside the oven was cleaned well and the glass was cleaned well but I had to ask the man to clean the oven knobs - he very quickly wiped them but they still feel sticky and the range itself doesn’t look sparkling clean - it isn’t a though clean - the hob doesn’t look any different and the extractor still feels greasy - in all I’m disappointed and will need to finish it myself.

Bkd for 8-12.. get a call at 8.10am to say can’t do do will be 12-4.. get a call at 2.45pm to say problem with van and next appointment is 19/11.. asked for a refund and can take upto 28 days. I’m so angry. Changed my plans as waited in all day.

I'm not actually that concerned about the money they owe me any more. I'm more concerned about the founders history. He has a terrible reputation of scamming people and his employees.

Oh dear. I should have read the reviews. On the day of the clean he was late and then said he couldn’t find a parking place so advised me to request the Council to block a place on the street near me and he would come back. I obtained a residents visitors permit but have yet to reschedule a date and time. It has become too much flaff to coordinate his time and mine, so will request a refund of the £40 paid up front.

Alarm bells started ringing on the second upselling phone call but since the clean was organised for the next day, let it go.
No clean, as the cleaner didn't like the parking options (no, I’m not joking). If it wasn’t ample off street or just outside my door with extra space for open back doors, he was off.
Now they are saying up to 28 days for BACS refund. No, it takes up to 3 days for a BACS payment to be cleared, even HMRC pays out quicker. I wont let this go. Avoid!!
Cancelled the first appt.
I was concerned as I’d payed up front £60 and then read the bad reviews. The oven was booked to be cleaned on Friday and they phoned me just about the time I booked to say the driver had been pulled off the road so couldn’t come. I was very upset and annoyed but agreed for them to come Monday. They did come Monday, and did a very good job but because I’d read all the awful reviews I was thinking they were not going to come so I was a bit rude to them on the phone (sorry)
They definitely shouldn’t take the money upfront, so I’d be careful about that if you’re booking them.

Not recommended at all. I have had three oven cleans booked and cancelled at the last moment, After the first clean was cancelled I stupidly agreed to set up a direct debit for future cleans. I called on 20th September to cancel and request my refund for unfulfilled contract. I was told I would get an email to return and they would refund and stop the direct debit immediately. Today I called - no email and direct debit taken from my account. Zoe said she could see the notes from the last call. However they are refusing to repay the origin payment or the direct debit payments after not fulfilling their side of the contract, Surely this is illegal. They are only agreeing to refund the latest direct debit because I had already cancelled it and they took it out of my bank anyway. Looks like I have to go to the hassle of court to get my money back. What a joke. I'm disgusted
Contacted Watchdog and after providing lots of bank statements, call logs etc oven support finally repaid.

After booking and paying a deposit, which I did find strange, I was a bit concerned reading all the 1* reviews!
Our cleaner did turn up, but by the time we’d put the Dog in a different room he was about ready to drive off again!
He did a great job of cleaning the oven though. He did call half an hour before arriving as well.
Just be aware that if you don’t answer your door quickly, you’ll probably miss them and think they didn’t turn up!

Do not touch with a barge pole - like many other people who have reviewed on here, The oven cleaner didn’t show up. I have been trying to get my money back since April!! I have called so many times and spoken to three advisors now who have all promised me that they will escalate my case and a refund will be with me in max a week… and the weeks roll on and on and my money never appears.

I booked a morning slot as I am only available up until 12pm, received a very hard sales call trying to upsell me on £20 oven mats, and extra items to be cleaned as well as a subscription to have the oven cleaned annually. Only after i confirmed one item did they advise they couldn't attend in the morning and forced me to move my appointment. I received another call the day before the apparent 2nd booking trying to sell to me AGAIN, and again tried to say it was an afternoon appointment. On the day they were actually meant to come I get a call AFTER the appointment was meant to have happened to say the cleaner couldn't come and the next appointment wasn't for 4 days. I've requested a full refund which the woman didn't seem particularly surprised by so I imagine this isn't a rare instance.
Terrible service received this morning
Our oven was "cleaned" this morning, except that it wasn't completely cleaned and there is still greasy in part of the ovens, plus the hob and dials are still mucky. The inside of the cooker hood hasn't been touched, and generally the job we paid "upfront" for (as requested, I wonder why) has not been done as it should have been. We are asking for a release or a refund so as to find another company to do a proper job. We would not reccomend this company as it seems 83% of reviewers would not either. Terrible service

They take your money, then don't turn up, then can't turn up at any agreed time in the future. Then, they don't do refunds. It's a scam. I will be reporting them to trading standards.

They couldn’t fit me in a time I needed before my tentant moved in so I had to get a refund . Still pending a refund 20 days on I called up and there policy is a 28 days refund. This means they hold your money illegally to earn profit on your funds.

Don't even deserve one star. Booked to have oven cleaned for a Friday morning. Day before they called me and said it will now be Friday afternoon, so them had to rearrange my day. Received a call from them Friday morning to say they won't be coming at all Friday. Asked for refund so i could go to a hopefully more reliable company only to be told it could take up to 28 days to be refunded. Seems like one big scam to me and after reading the reviews it appears a bit of a dodgy company. Avoid at all costs. So glad I never paid the other half of the fee they kept asking for.

Only gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero. Was let down by the company 4 times. Have been trying to get a refund for weeks keep being told a request has been made to the finance department. Not actually sure if they have one. Also signed up for subscription which also requested to be cancelled money has now been taken out of my bank account.
