Terrible experience!
This company let us down on five occasions. They offer a morning or afternoon appointment but they kept cancelling or changing the appointment with a promise for the following day. We were desperate and finally they promised me a slot the day before we had a tenant moving in. This morning they called to cancel at the last minute. Very stressful experience and I would not recommend

Over the last three months l have booked to have my oven cleaned and each time l have had a call to say that they had to cancel. This is unacceptable as each time l used precious leave from work. When l asked for a refund, l was persuaded to rebook and yet again it was a big let down. I am now waiting for a refund which they seem reluctant to pay. Very disappointed. I do not recommend

Didn't turn up and still waiting for my refund nearly 4 weeks and 3 more phone calls to chase later.

I wanted to get my oven cleaned. They called and persuaded me to do another appliance clean.

They took deposit and booked in for 2nd August 24.
They didn't turn up and since then I been trying to get my refund back.

I have now raised a dispute with my bank.
Do not use them! I would give them a -star rating if their was one.

My elderly mother called for a single oven clean. Wanted all the money up front. Operator was late and wanted to cancel.
One month later complained of lots of dust blowing in the oven. On inspection large amounts of residue of cleaner left at top and back of oven and grill not cleaned. Concerned re: Health and Safety Risk as mum been using oven for over a month. Rang customer services who tried to assure me that no toxic chemicals used but unable to provide evidence. Wanted to send someone out to clean but I've already cleaned it due to risk and would not be comfortable to ge them back. No apology. Policy not to give refunds - quoting trading standards at me. Asked for chemicals used to be provided in writing and director to call me - still waiting. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I booked a morning appointment to clean my oven due to moving out the next week. As soon as I was on website they pestered me to add more items to clean and demanded deposit. They failed to turn up and I ran out of time so demanded my money back!! That was on 2nd August and I still have not been received my money back. Do not use this company as I think it is some kind of scan!!!!

Firstly, didn’t like being rung up as soon as I booked to try and sell me more. Twice.

Didn’t turn up the first time. On the reschedule I asked for a morning appointment as I thought I’d have more of a chance in them turning up.

When I eventually got a call to say they were on their way it was 4:20pm and I had to take my child swimming and my husband was picking up the other child from nursery.

I asked him to wait for 10 minutes, until my husband got home. He said that was too late in the day. I then told him I had waited in for a day and half at this point (with chidlren!) and he was meant to be with me in the morning. So he reluctantly did wait.

Then hardly spoke to me and didn’t even look at me as I tired to make pleasantries.

As for job done well, it was ok. I have used other companies before and they have done a better job. Left dirty splash marks on my cabinets and the window of the oven wasn’t 100% clean.

Won’t be using again.

The operator did not arrive at the appointed time, nor did he call me. A text from the company did say he was running late, then they called to say he wasn't going to make it and we rescheduled. Same thing happened again, only this time I did all the chasing to see where he was. Very poor. The staff in Customer Services were polite and apologetic, but this doesn't take account of the 2 half days I've spent waiting for someone to appear.
I asked for a full refund (I knew paying in advance was a risk) - my refund could "take 28days to process" - I certainly hope it doesn't.

Absolutely disgusting, had to clean the oven myself after the professional left. Not impressed at all. Feel robbed. Left everything geesy and only cleaned half of the inside of the oven. Anything but professional.

The young man who came to clean my oven phoned me in advance when he was on his way. He was a bit abrupt with me at times but I put it down to it being a Friday afternoon ! However he did a good job and left my oven and grill sparkling clean .I have no complaints.

Don't think it even warrants the 1 star! Booked, given PM time slot, was called twice to say the cleaner would arrive between 11am-2pm. The night before received a text saying it would be 12-4pm so I called them on the morning, spoke to a very rude woman who said it was 12-4 did I want to cancel or reschedule. I left it that they would still come then at about 1.30pm got a text saying the cleaner was running behind schedule and would be delayed. Must have had a gut feeling he wouldn't turn up so cancelled and booked with someone else. He was so overly booked, there was no way he would have been able to complete his expected workload! Don't touch this company.

I would not recommend this company, they cancelled twice at the last minute. So I asked for a refund as they clearly have no intention of actually cleaning your oven. Still waiting 6 weeks later. It’s an absolute joke I wish I had read the reviews on here first and saved myself a load of agg.

Absolutely terrible service, I booked for two ovens to be cleaned the time and date was confirmed I received a call the day before confirming time and day. 8-12 by 10.45 no sign rang the company was told he was 24 mins away. Rang again at 12.05 oh he is just finishing his last job he will ring when he gets there. The message was to call at no 2 first then go to no4 had a call at 1.30 I am outside no4!! After inspecting my oven it was discovered that he has been over zealous with his cleaner as he has managed to get some in my kitchen cupboard door below the oven and it literally stripped to surface off when I brought it to his attention all he said was oh sorry!! Now to no4 unknown to me before hand the racks had a special non stick costing on them. He showed them to me and said I have never seen any like these before this was after he had dipped them which caused the teflon costing to peel off. He said he wouldn't use them but advised to buy replacements!! At this point I said I would complain to the company. Bearing in mind this was a very expensive oven which I assumed would benefit from a professional clean by someone who actually knows what they are doing and takes care and pride in their work!!! Yes I have raised both issues with the feedback complaints department not sure how they will resolve my cupboard door issue!!! I would certainly NOT recommend this company their staff truly have not got a clue what they are doing and don't bothered to keep to their allotted times.

Avoid this company at all costs.
Hobs not cleaned, grill not cleaned, hood not cleaned despite paying an additional cost, bars left greasy. I complained about this before and they said ‘it wouldn’t happen again’
Sending out ANOTHER cleaner which means another day off work who ‘won’t leave until the job is done’ but cannot do this until I have paid for this job, then threatened me with the collections team. Disgusting.
Do not use this company. Appalling service.
Will definitely not be using again.

Booked for a single oven clean and was asked for a 50% deposit upfront....then followed another call requiring full payment of the balance BEFORE any work was done!?!

We were told they had to cancel the first appointment due to their engineer being "unwell"
Made a second appointment which they also cancelled on the day at the last minute.

Made a third appointment which they later said couldn't be fulfilled at the time we had agreed.

Endless calls that lead to nothing.....

After this we have demanded a full refund.
AVOID this company at all costs!

I would not touch this company with a barge pole. Used them through Wowcher. Set up a 6 monthly clean. Not once have they rang to arrange a clean, instead you are bombarded with spam calls from them trying to sell you more.
Time to cancel the subscription. They are a fraud

I had my oven cleaned about a year ago. Can’t complain, it was a decent job. However, since then, I have had multiple phone calls, mostly a Glasgow number, to book to get my oven cleaned again. At one point, I was getting a phone call a day. On the day my mum died, May 2024, I got two phone calls and I told them to desist, that I was trying to sort my mum’s affairs out. She still tried to get me to book an oven clean. The phone calls stopped for a couple of weeks and then started again. I blocked the number. Now I’m getting calls from a Southampton number which I have also blocked. My dad has since died (July 2024) and again, the phone calls are not what I want right now. The feedback email address that I complained to and asked them to stop ringing me doesn’t work. There is no way I would book another oven clean with them. Nothing but harassment. AVOID.

Shocking service from start to finish.
Avoid at all costs if you are elderly and expecting an honest experience and feedback from these people!
Lied about time span ordered double oven and microwave clean for am 9th July and paid £40 upfront as asked.
Couple of days beforehand phoned by someone else asking for the full payment of £80 in advance plus said my timespan changed for pm insisting this was normal practice to change as they see fit. Waited all day and no appearance by 4.00pm phoned and cancelled and now awaiting my £40 deposit which apparently will arrive in my bank account within 28 days. Have instructed my bank about this matter. Will hope they have a conscience and redeem themselves ASAP with my refund!

Had my oven cleaned a few years ago, job was done to a reasonable standard. Decided at the time it’s a service I’d be unlikely to use again. HOWEVER, I have been called about further oven cleans repeatedly since despite asking not to be contacted. Turns out then when you become a customer Oven Support share your number with several offices. So despite me requesting that my details be removed whenever I receive a call, it’s likely that other offices still have my details. This was not explicitly explained when I initially became a customer. AVOID

Thoroughly recommend this company. Lee did a fantastic job of cleaning my single oven.
