Tishanna Benjamin has been a wonderful help. I was having difficulty understanding my case. She was very compassionate and understanding. Bait and switch company. Charged me for the first month of services without actually doing anything. Was told that the first charge had already gone thru and was not able to be refunded. How? It went thru just fine 6 mins before.

Edit: I have gotten with Ovation Credit and have agreed to give them another shot, so far Tishanna has been efficient, my score has gone up 18 points in about a months time. However I will need to see more to be able to unequivocally recommend them. Will update soon.

Best credit service ever!
I was a little apprehensive about picking the right service in lieu of my circumstances, but I couldn't have done better. My Ovation rep (Gerri) went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with every step and even gave me additional recommendations on how to repair and maintain my credit. I would recommend this service to anyone!

I talked to the sales guy who was congenial enough, signed up, and paid the $84 to get started. I had a specific question and I had hoped that someone at Ovation could advise me, but there's no one there that can answer specific questions.

Their job is to dispute all the negative items on your credit and really nothing else.

I had a case manager, but we never spoke because I kept missing her calls and case managers never pick up their direct line.

After a couple of weeks, I figured out that the trick is to just hit option 2 and talk to any of the credit people that answer the phone.

So... I went ahead and agreed to dispute four items. The next day, my Equifax credit rating dropped 38 points (my mortgage credit score dropped even more).

I called Equifax and cancelled the dispute, but my score has stayed steady at the new lower level.

I called Ovation 10 times to get someone to help, but no one would. I asked to speak to a manager but none are ever available.

This is just about the worst result anyone could have and it was Ovation that caused the issue.

They claim this has never happened before, but I know that's not true.

In the end, I get left holding the bag without any help from Ovation.

I had the pleasure of speaking to James Harvey. Very profession gentleman. Well versed. He was so helpful and encouraging. I would recommend that anyone having a situation with their credit contact Ovation
I am looking forward to them working things out for me. Just Wonderful a breath of fresh air.

Update: I cancelled this service and found I waisted hundreds (which cannot be refunded) of dollars on a service that was not delivered as advertised. I will not recommend this company to family, friends or colleagues of the sort. Waist of time, energy, effort and money! Do your research before pursuing this company. I wish I did. It would have saved me a lot time, money and effort! Be aware all the associated “Positive” reviews are from customers who live or reside in Jacksonville, FL where this company is located. Skeptical 🧐! Be aware of the reviews they are auto uploads. Very misleading.

My husband and I signed up for Ovation Credit Service August 2020. It has been over 3 months and the case worker we were assigned was Tishanna Benjamin, this case manager has been unresponsive and there are many disputes that have not been addressed or followed up on. It has been 90+ days which is way past the 30 days allotted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act FCRA - “According to federal credit law spelled out in the (FCRA), a credit bureau is required to respond to you and complete their investigation within 30 days. If they do not respond within this time frame, they must remove the negative listing disputed.” For
I’m taken aback by all the great reviews posted because we have not had a good Case worker/manager etc. that has our best interest in mind for a service which we are paying for monthly. We get more calls related to our payment due every month. When we have questions, we never get a call back or we can’t get in touch with the case worker assigned to our account! I check our accounts consistently and still no changes, I call and still no response.

Gerri is an excellent person to be in contact with. She's worked with us from the beginning and hasn't stopped pushing for all those credits to be solved. Her and I get personal and adds to her demeanor. She's compassionate, caring, knowledgeable and outgoing. I enjoy when she calls and time we spend.

Working with Ovation has made a dramatic positive difference to my credit. Working with them has helped us reach our credit goals in 6 months, without them we didn't expect to do this well for another 5 years. I never understood credit and working with them I have learned a lot. They go out of their way to assist me in anyway and I have been nothing short of impressed with their professionalism, their integrity and their customer relations.
