I spoke to Kelly Flowers yesterday she was so helpful, I really appreciate how much she went out of her way to answer all of our questions.

I have been working with Ovation for just over a month now and my score has already jumped 79 points. That is just from being informed by my rep. James.

James Harvey was amazing very informative and very patient. He took more time than I’m sure was recommended to break down every detail that was unknown and I am so appreciative.

This has been so amazing. I have never had a company check on me, and work so fast to help me get out of a rutt, and get my credit to a level so that I can purchase a home.

I was looking for a company that could help me get to the point where I could apply for a mortgage. I definitely found it. Great company. Highly rated for a reason. Dale Moore is my case advisor and true savior. He has helped me so much. Not only did he help with the technical aspect I was looking for, but he made a bad, stressful situation seem not so overwhelming. This is a very reputable company. Very friendly very business orientated. Evelyn Jackson and Shiann Weeden are the absolute best. These ladies are a great access to this company. I liked the fact they were not pushy salespeople. They were very cool calm and collective. These two ladies Evelyn Jackson and Shiann Weeden have a natural spiritual way about them. I have and will continue to tell all my family and friends about my wonderful experience. I will continue referring clients to them.

Really bad service and reactivity overall after 4 months of payments and no change for just 4 minor items. I decided this month after trying to move them (if you don't call them for months, they will not inform you of their actions which of course are zero). They let drag things as much as possible as you pay monthly (I should have suspected that....). Now I have to look for a more serious company....

I had never used a firm such as yours and was somewhat doubtful of your value. But I have truly been impressed with your performance. Not only in actions taken with my creditors but your staff's concerns for my understanding of what was taking place. Great job.

Disappointing. The person that contacted me was a good "salesperson" and definitely the main reason I signed up. I had a few items that I had hoped to have removed with their help, nothing big. They assured me that it would be done but the representative that I was assigned to was difficult to work with. Mainly she was unresponsive, and if she did reply it was longer than you should expect. They accomplished NOTHING and i mean nothing after pulling the report from only 2 but still after 3 months they still have yet to dispute the items on Experian. This company promises results but it is clear they only hope to get your money for the first 5-6 months, if not longer and not accomplish any success with your credit profile. Handled poorly and unprofessionally so I would not recommend.

Mrs. Swiber is probably the best representative at this establishment! I have been with Ovation for a little over 6 months. Within that time frame Mrs. Swiber has not missed a beat and when my account was transferred to a new representative I requested to go back to Mrs. Swiber due to the lack of service I received! Overall, exactly the time frame that was laid out in the beginning has been spot on! I definitely recommend this service. They also do military discount!

I was very surprised to find that there were many errors in my report, and I didn't know how to correct the situation. I was pleased to have expert advice. I have been treated with kindness and respect by Ovation Credit Services Inc. They have been very good about getting the job done, and I highly recommend them.

Very poor customer service, cannot reach anyone with questions. When pointing it out to lending tree, rather than your usual, sorry to hear, we will address your concerns, I get a snarky, you’re wrong response. Zero stars out of 10 to Ovation and Lending Trees “customer insult” department

Well worth the money. In 5 months I went from a credit score in the mid 500 to mid 700s. Granted some of it was due to a credit card I obtained for gaining credit but they suggested that as well. Bill was very helpful, flexible and committed to helping me.
