I was just coming out of Bankruptcy and needed some assistance with my credit. Ovation wasn't my first choice, Lexington law isn't available where I live. I needed to cancel my services with Ovation. I sent emails, called, sent more emails, and placed more calls only to get voice mail without any response nor any responses to my emails. However, they did charge me. And then, after they charged my account I started hearing back from them. I was reminded of the cancelation policy, which I don't remember actually getting anything that stated cancellation is required at least 45 days in advance. Now, I don't know about you, but I don't have a crystal ball warning me of life changes, so I don't always know what my future holds. Sadly, Ovation didn't care. Nor did they care I tried calling weeks in advance of this occurring. I went back and read the Disclosure statement, it still doesn't state you have to cancel that far in advance, directly. If you read between the lines, you might be able to determine this, but, not everyone holds a Criminal Justice degree and can decipher such cryptic disclosures, too bad it was after the fact, lesson learned here. So, to save you time and money, don't use them. They didn't do anything to help me, absolutely nothing.

Don't use them, don't use them, don't use them. EVER!!! Try Lexington Law first. Or do it yourself.

Absolutely amazing! Instead of taking my monthly payment and not reminding me I missed some documents to be sent over I received a reminder call and all the advice and answers to my questions. Considering this is a debt conversation I didn’t think I’d end the call smiling! Thank you guys so much!!!

This individual was so positive and professional and customer service skills are beyond what i have ever experienced this early in the day.

This was a very easy and great experience. And the process is very easy to get through without any help! The help is a bonus if its required

I never really got a letter or call to discuss the outcome from creditors. I felt that once they received my payment and my information, my account went into a black hole and no one was really working on anything related to my credit report. I started with Ovation in October. My husband (who has the same issue) went with another company and they worked on 85% more of items on his report than I had done with Ovation, and he and his rep had great communication. If I tried to reach out to my assigned rep- every call went straight to voicemail. I sent an email on 12/22/21 to end my account and never got a call back. I finally called my rep on 12/28/21 and had to request cancelling my account --again. Good luck getting quality customer service- non existent. I am disappointed because I really thought I would get better service and/or outcome from such a big company connected to Lending Tree. I really tried but I rather deal with another company that has better service.

Ovation credit services helped me take my credit score from 500's to 720's within 2 years. I was able to get responsible business loans and grow my personal and business credit trustworthiness.
The tools they gave me helped me to make sure I take loans I can actually pay back. I am no longer living from check to check!

Vivian is great and help me with my credit through out the process and Explained the process well.

So far I am having a wonderful experience with these guys I been with 3 credit repair company’s and these people did more for me than they did in a year and on top of that this is my first months 😁😁

Ms Brandie Braddock was extremely helpful. I called in with a series of questions that she not only was able to answer in an understandable fashion, but she was also able to clearly explain the work that Ovation Credit is doing on my behalf and its relevance. Michael Hodgkin customer skills are extremely impressive !!! From day one he’s walked me through the steps of building credit . He was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my (Credit ). I believe he have my interest at heart and I’m happy to be apart of the ovations credit service

I just wanted to leave some feedback. I had the most helpful customer service agent today, she helped me with all of my questions and was so nice to me, If you could pick who you talk to I would pick her each time. Sometimes customer service isn’t willing to listen and be so helpful, but she went above and beyond what I needed! Thank you Asharia for helping me!
