I was super nervous when I was talking to Juan. Juan was very professional, I just needed a relaxed people person. That was when James came in! I couldn't be happier that I was transferred to Mr. Harvey. I was much more relaxed and got him to laugh, and vice versa. I seriously couldn't be happier that I was transferred to James, and was treated with the most respect ever!

Need to fix app I am signing with…
Need to fix your app I am signed in with someone else I go to click it won't let me go back on the other site I was on. Now I have to call so I can go have them fix it now! keeping me stuck on there site.Technically person to call at site waiting to help on chat line would be nice for the people would get that stuck on here so long can't move. It's 5am I have to get to work.

I been calling James Harvey since
I been calling James Harvey since, Monday to see if he had received my, reports I had sent him.ever person I spoke with said he wasn't their. Plus I continue to call through the week, I was told that they are taking me out of the company, when I said I m thinking about leaving. Thinking and doing are two different things. Plus during this week only three people made me feel like I wasn't a problem to them, they talked over me. Treated as if they were paying me. That God up above you employ James Harvey and the last three people that I spoke with, I m not computer smart, I m trying get my financial life back together. But Mr Harvey listen understands. I wouldn't have stayed with your company if I had to deal with animals that I spoke with this week besides the three last people, that heard me, and assisted me. Give him a raise for his great people skill, I can tell he love people and his job at your company. One thing I know is he is for the company and obtaining new customers for ovations, can you tell me why they said he wasn't their
