A great tool for managing all the post-checkout process
We have been using Outvio for 5 months to manage post-purchase processes on our site, and we couldn't be more pleased with this tool.
It has allowed us to improve the tracking processes of shipments and returns, picking in our warehouse, and optimisation and flexibility when it comes to establishing logistics operators.
They also have a fast and helpful support service, and take customer feedback into consideration for implementing future improvements.

Pésima experiencia con outvio.
Desde la nueva App que se ha instalado para la integración con Amazon lleva más de un mes sin funcionar correctamente llevamos ya la versión 23 y sigue sin funcionar.
desde los dias 6 al 13 de octubre del 2022 todos los seguimientos enviados a nuestros marketplace son erroneos y no nos dan ninguna solución desde OUTVIO.
Lo que nos acarrea gravisimos problemas por seguimientos de envíos erroneos

The best
We have been using Outvio for almost 1 year now, after having tried and used a couple of similar solutions.
Outvio is lightyears ahead. They have tons of functionality and automations, but we mainly use it to send delivery notifications, offer a tracking page to our customers and to handle returns.
We saw a significant drop in customer support queries soon after moving to Outvio (something we did not see with any of the 2 previous apps), so our team has been able to focus on other matters ever since. Also whenever we have contacted their customer support, they always replied fast and were kind and very helpful. Definitely the best of its kind. 100% recommended.

Very satisfied with Outvio
We have been using Outvio for over 6 months now and it is hands down the best platform to handle shipments and returns. We save lots of time every day not having to deal with returns manually. The tracking portal with our branding is also a nice touch as well as their incident management tool. We are very satisfied so far.

I am very satisfied with Outvio.
It is really remarkable how it speeds up my order processing.
They have an extensive self-service knowledge database, and when needed for specific issues, they are always prompt in replying.
Besides, we loved the functionality of branding.

Pesan los productos mal y cargan exceso de peso. Cargos de 1500€ de más cada mes.
Esta es la tercera reseña que escribo ya que estamos esperando que nos devuelvan 600€ por un envío que pesaron mal. El poster que enviamos pesa 500g y pesaron 100K. Hace más de medio año que estamos esperando la devolución.
La web me parece fantástica pero si a final de mes te cargan 600€ o 1500€ de más pues no está bien.
He visto que es un problema que le pasa a más clientes, si leéis reseñas más abajo.

Recomendamos 100% utilizar Outvio si tienes un ecommerce, porque te permitirá automatizar la logística y te ahorrará mucho tiempo y errores tanto en envíos, como devoluciones,... Es una plataforma con muchísimas funcionalidades que te ayudará a mejorar tu negocio sin lugar a dudas.

Por el momento después de 2 semanas y algunas decenas de envíos todo muy bien y servicio al cliente bueno, son reactivos, responden a las preguntas y te ayudan. Espero que no sea un espejismo y podamos trabajar juntos muchos años.
