We ordered two benches from Ottena - our first purchase from this company. The benches are both superb and look fantastic in our garden. The delivery was made on the specific date we requested - they were delivered to the front of the house on a pallet by the courier, but it was no bother to unpack them and carry them through to the back garden. We have been delighted with the whole experience of using Ottena.

So pleased with the quality of the furniture, exactly as described. Delivery was super quick. What stood out for me was the amazing customer service I received from Aaron. He went above and beyond ! Would highly recommend this company.

I had to ask some questions before this purchase, the response was thorough, and quick. Very fast delivery. The parasol was lighter weight than I expected, but actually easy to handle, and extra thickness of stem fit nicely, and more secure than usual thickness.

Great delivery. Great furniture. But no instructions for assembly. The table was pretty easy to work out (after a false start because some of the lugs were long and some were short - instructions would have made this clear) and there are 6 screws and I have no idea where they go. 2

I ordered a garden table from Ottena. It is a very beautiful produkt, which was delivered in the timeframe they promised.

Time from order to delivery was excellent. Two outdoor chairs which required bolting together. The first was fine however after much effort on the second it became apparent that all of the bolt holes had not been countersunk sufficiently for the chair to be constructed. I had to purchase the necessary drill bit and countersink the bolts enough to have them connect. Not quite what I expect from a £380 chair.

The ordering process went well and our requested delivery date and time slot were achieved.

I purchased a steamer chair cushion for my old steamer chair from Ottena, after having viewed many other websites for one, but not being able to find an exact fit.
I placed my order last Monday, the 24th June around lunchtime time and received my chair cushion 10am Wednesday morning the 26th June. Had I ordered before 12 o’clock Monday, I would have received my cushion on the Tuesday instead, but that was no fault of Ottena, just me being to slow of the mark.
An excellent service from this company from start to finish, and I have no hesitation in recommending them, or using them again for further purchases.
