I have made a number of purchases from Ordo and they have been excellent. The quality of the toothbrushes is fantastic and the ease of ordering new heads is a benefit. I have also had to seek support from Customer Service and they have been quick and helpful.

Really great fun style of toothbrushes for my children. They love the squishmallow characters especially the toothbrush covers included.

The OrdoFloss I purchased was to replace the now unavailable oral B pro expert. Ordo is a PTFE type tape which is good but is so thin it’s like cotton, sadly it is advertised as mint flavour however it has no flavour whatsoever . It is the closest thing to Oral B but not on par with it. Sadly I would not purchase again

My package still hasn't arrived. Ordered on the 26/05. And no option to see the status.

Excellent customer service. I emailed Ordo asking about a cosmetic issue I had with the handle coating on my brush purchased last year. Sarah responded within 24 hours asking me to return my item for a replacement. I returned it on the Tuesday, emailing proof of postage, and had my new replacement toothbrush on the Saturday morning. That is gold standard customer service! The minor issue apart, this is the best electric toothbrush I have purchased. After using it for a few months my dental hygienist complemented me on how clean my teeth/gums were. And the price is far lower than so many other, not as good, alternatives.

Been almost a week since ordering and no sign of anything actually being delivered

I gave my grandchildren the Ordo rechargeable toothbrushes for Christmas, they loved them though my grandson had problems at first because his tickled him too much. I bought the battery operated ones for sleepovers at my house. I wish they had a brush cover or case as they will not be in daily use.

Really like my water flosser, it’s really easy to use and leaves your teeth nice and clean, much easier then using tooth picks

It was so easy to order online and it was very reasonably priced! I love going to the source to purchase items.

My girl with ADHD loves this toothbrush- she had one of the squishmallows ones. I was sceptical due to the feeling of tickling but she’s been brushing for the full 2 minutes and twice a day where it was a chore to try and get her to do this before. Still needs some help but is more forth coming with the actual “doing it” if that makes sense

Stylish, Sustainable and Sh#t. The Sonic Lite is so ticklish and vibrating SO much. Is is instantly frustrating and makes you want to chuck it across the room. Instant regret. Never buy this bloody terrible item. Never.

Quick delivery of the green wicked toothbrush. What a game changer a million times better than my old one from years ago. Very impressed my gums no longer bleed & teeth feel so much cleaner. Holds the charge really well it’s impressive. I’ve converted my friends as part of self care to themselves it’s a no brainer!! Was a bit annoying replacing the heads where out of stock but you can order in different color so not the end of the world. This would make a “wicked” long lasting gift for anyone friend or family & would definitely improve their oral hygiene 💯 get one you certainly won’t regret it!
