We would like to reassure you and our customers that we have been actively working with you to resolve this matter. As an online made-to-measure retailer, we rely on photos or videos to help our technical team accurately diagnose any issues and ensure the correct solution is provided as quickly as possible.

We have requested a short video so we can confirm the cause and, as already offered, we are happy to proceed with your preferred resolution, including arranging a replacement or providing a refund if a fault is identified. As soon as we receive this from you we will proceed as you wish.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re genuinely sorry to hear that you’re unhappy with your order and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation for future customers.

We completely understand how disappointing it is when a custom product doesn’t meet expectations. In this case, however, the blind was produced exactly from the image file supplied and the proof that was approved prior to printing. While the background may have appeared black on screen, the actual colour in the artwork provided (and shown in the approved proof) was a very dark grey rather than a true black. This was verified using colour references from the supplied file.

We were not informed at the time of ordering that the blind was intended to match an existing wallpaper. Had this been raised beforehand, we would have advised against proceeding, as blinds and wallpapers are manufactured using entirely different materials, inks, and printing processes. Because of this, achieving an exact colour match between the two is not possible, even when using “true black” artwork.

As the blind was custom-made and printed exactly as approved, we were unable to offer a return or remake. That said, we did acknowledge your disappointment and offered a partial refund as a gesture of goodwill, despite the order being fulfilled correctly.

We always encourage customers to raise any specific matching requirements before production, and we’re happy to advise honestly to avoid situations like this. We’re sorry this experience fell short of expectations, but we’d like to reassure future customers that we stand by our proofs, our processes, and our terms for custom-made products.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and we do understand how disappointing and frustrating this must have been.

As a made-to-measure, online-only company, all Perfect Fit blinds are manufactured strictly to the measurements entered at the time of ordering, as we’re unable to measure in person. The initial frames were produced correctly to the original sizes provided, which were later found to be incorrect. We do apologise that a subsequent replacement was affected by a human input error on our part.

A refund has been processed as requested and we’re sorry that on this occasion we were unable to resolve matters to your satisfaction.

EDIT - Hi Claire, to confirm the refund has been processed via Paypal as advised, unfortunately we have no control over the length of time it takes for PayPal to process it once we've confirmed it but hopefully it shouldn't take long.
