Jenny went above and beyond for me in transferring my husband's flight. She calmed me down when I was panicking and made me feel very secure as we went through this process of reservation change. Jenny is to be commended for going to the extent she did in the setting of my panic.

Jenny was absolutely amazing and went out of her way to help me with a last minute flight! I cannot thank her enough!

Andre Smith was very patient and solve our problem in looking for a flight fpr us back to Boston. He was polite and guided us step by step during the process. He was proactive and he made sure we were all set including checking us in. It was a total disaster with the previous support that hang up on us. But with Andre Smith, he handled our issue with such passion on helping us out until the end of the process. Thank you sooooo much!

Scam, tried to get my dad to pay $300 extra for a flight that was already booked.

Ramsey made my experience outstanding. Of course, I wasn't happy that our flight was pushed back causing us to miss our connecting flights. By the time Ramsey had gotten us taken care of, Our flights have less layovers and cost less than the original. If we had to reschedule, I am grateful Ramsey took care of us. He worked very hard for us and we really appreciate him.
