They sold me a Louvre ticket knowing it was fully booked. I requested a refund which they agreed to but didn’t refund the full amount. The difference was only small but still

We purchase tickets 10 days in advance. The next day we got an email confirmation our order had been fulfilled and that they would be sending us the ticket vouchers, and charged our credit card. Eight days later we got an email stating they cannot fill our order sorry. Now it’s too late to find other tickets as they are all sold out. Terrible company terrible way to do business.

ORB Tickets are nothing but a bunch of thieves and scammers. They told me that I needed to pay port charges on my cruise and charged me $384.00 I fell for it. Called the cruise line and they said port charges are always included in the cost of cruise- reported them to bbb ftc and my cc company stay far away

You never realize it's a scam until you show up to pick up your car. First, you are directed to them via an AVIS-iconed web page. a midsize Corolla for over $950 for 10 days was initially quoted. I have an insurer discount and balked so was offered $437. When I showed up to pick up the car at an Avis lot, the reservation was placed - but no reference to any prepaid amount. The car was damaged so I did not accept it and chose to go to another company. Orbtickets refunded my money but only after I reported that I had not taken the car off the lot, nor was another car available. How do they access Avis' reservation site OR use the Avis logo to represent themselves?

Scam. Notice only 1 and 5 star fake reviews. They get info to break into you current travel plans and claim they booked it while taking a commission.

SCAM/FRAUD:
JUNE 21, 2026. approx 9:00pm

Went online to find phone number to call Budget Rental on a previously booked rental to inquire if I could reserve a particular model car. The site I ended up calling had the official Budget Car Rental logo at the top of the page.
A person answered and listened to my inquiry and then said Budget did not have that car but Avis did. I asked if Avis and Budget were the same company, and she said yes.
She went ahead and booked with Avis, and cancelled my Budget reservation. She emailed me a "contract" for payment, requiring nearly a 50% deposit. I responded the original did not require a deposit. She said because of the change it did. I then asked if she were from Budget, and she responded that she was a travel agent.
I looked at the contract which had been emailed and declined the "offer", saying I'll stick with the original Budget. She quickly ended the call.
I quickly went and carefully identified the real Budget website and confirmed that my reservation had been cancelled.
I called Budget and explained what happened and they were wonderful in re-establishing my original reservation, albiet, as a new reservation. They (Shawn) was wonderful. And YES, they did have the care I was looking for.
I did give my credit card info to Orbticket. I locked my card and have been checking activity since, and may ultimately cancel the card, but on researching some, they don't seem to be outright thieves, rather, they prey on changes in reservations, and making fake reservations.
I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.
Where are the authorities when you need them?

I WORKED WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE CHEAT. THEY DO FRAUD FROM INDIA AND IN INDIA THE COMPANY NAME IS I2A LOCATED IN UDHYOG VIHAR, GURUGRAM. THEY USE FAKE NAMES LIKE PHILIP , SULLIVAN ,DARIUS , STEVEN OR STEVE AND THEIR REAL NAMES ARE PRADEEP, SUMIT KAURA, AFAQ KHAN, YASH TANDANI. THEY PRETEND TO BE CAR RENTAL COMPANY , SEVERAL AIRLINES AND CRUISE IN AUSTRALIA BUT THEY'RE SCAMMERS STEALING MONEY FROM USA AND AUSTRALIA AND EVEN FROM THEIR OWN EMPLOYEES. THEY ARE SO BAD FOR OUR YOUTH AND THEY RUIN MENTAL PEACE AND THINK THEIR EMPLOYEES ARE DONKEY AND THEY ARE CRUCIAL ON THEIR EMPLOYEES

I got a good price from orb travel agency for renting a car, they actually gave a better price then what I got from hertz and the guy named kraven helped alot in getting a car with avis

Beware. The worst experience I have ever had try to rent a car. The only shining light at Orbtickets is Katherine. After going through 2 employees and 2 supervisors, Katherine was able to get the job done. Thank you Katherine. You should be running that place. Dan Cunningham

The customer service rep who kindly assisted me was Carlo. He was polite, professional & extremely helpful. I added travel insurance and was grateful to get a good rate after he did some research. He is a wonderful representative of your company. It was a pleasure working with him.

Went to the DELTA site and saw a tel. number that I assumed to be a number to call for booking through DELTA. Later, after booking the flight, I realized that I had paid hundreds of dollars more to what I believed was an authorized agent for DELTA (not so) than what I could have paid had I spoken to an actual agent for DELTA. I tried to get my money back, but to no avail, of course. I really don't understand how companies like ORBtickets can continue to stay in business. They are horrible.

I called Expedia customer service number online and guy said he was ASSOCIATED with Expedia help desk.
They apparently are a travel agency but pose as customer service representatives for Expedia and various airlines (that don't have customer service numbers). Four hundred dollars later my flight was changed but email goes to them and they forward to you. Don't do it! Report them to BBB and dispute charges and replace your credit card ASAP.

Today I called 860-516-6314 for a hotel experience and had a horrible experience, a man with an indian accent answer me and said it was associated with expedia he ask me questions about my expedia book flight and the hotel reservation was too expensive in relation with the hotel direct. I ask him to speak with the manager and he said he was the manager, I ask me to speak with a Spanish speaking agent and he start to speak a broken Spanish. I told him to cancel the reservation he was doing and he agreed I called later again to same number and same man answer me. I received an email from my airline reservation that my flight was changed without my consent and when I called my credit card he robbed me $ 161. I had to change my credit card ASAP. He ruined my day having to correct my airline itinerary as it was before. They know who change it but don't want to disclose it. I will complain to the BBB for this scam and hope a investigation starts, NEVER CALL 860-516-6314. Is a real scam!!!!!!

I called in because I had a credit for a flight that I wanted to use before it expired in December. David from priceline spent over an hour on the phone with me to get all my information from the canceled flight and he was able to rebook my new flight. He was beyond patient with me. Thank you I wish there were more people like him in customer service.

Steve was very swift and ready to help me work around missing a flight.
