Excellent customer service!
I’ve actually been really impressed with Orange County, especially with how they handled an issue I had with my latest order. Unfortunately, my original parcel went missing with DPD, but the customer service team were brilliant about it. They were friendly, helpful and genuinely seemed to want to get things sorted rather than just passing me from one person to another.
They arranged for a replacement to be sent out at no extra cost, which I really appreciated. I know things can go wrong with deliveries and, ultimately, that isn’t always something a company can control. What matters is how they deal with it when it does happen, and I thought Orange County handled it really well.
I honestly wasn’t expecting anything more than a replacement, so the whole experience left me pleasantly surprised. Really good customer service from people who were friendly and helpful throughout.
Thank you, Orange County - I’m genuinely impressed and will happily order from you again. 🫶

The CBD vape I bought is excellent and good value for money. It arrived quickly and was packaged well. They even included a freebie which was a really nice surprise! I will definitely be buying again and would recommend their products. I also use CBD gummies from this company which work pretty well. I will have to see what other CBD products are available.
