condescending customer service
my last experience was not a positive one. the customer advice girl was well condescending for LITERALLY NO REASON talking about going to the website to find info on how to charge your vapes. ngl your vapes SHOULD INCLUDE AN INFO LEAFLET IN THE BOX. all vapes include that idk why you think yours are so special not to include them. also every vape ive got from here has stopped producing vapour after a few days use. ridiculous really for the price. no we shouldn't go to your damn website to read a colourful infographic that says nothing. pointing out the need for your vapes to include basic safety information within the box, shouldn't be telling your customer service team the sky is blue.
Last experience put me well off shopping here again. which is a damn shame. cheers

Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. I’m really sorry to hear that your recent experience left you feeling this way — that’s certainly not what we want for our customers.
I would like to clarify that our customer service team did provide step-by-step directions along with screenshots to help guide you on how to charge and use the device. This is part of our standard support to ensure customers have clear, visual guidance when needed. That said, I’m sorry if the way this was communicated came across as unhelpful or condescending, as that was not our intention.
We do understand your point regarding including a leaflet inside the box, and your feedback on this has been noted and will be shared with our product team for review.
I’m also sorry to hear about the issues you’ve had with multiple vapes stopping producing vapour after a short period. That’s not the experience we expect, and we would like to look into this further for you. If you can provide your order details, we’ll be happy to investigate and work towards a resolution.
We genuinely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re sorry it’s left you feeling put off.
Kind regards,
Customer Service Team

Great
Great! Gummies are lovely and vapes smell really nice and sweet and fruity, it is important for me as I have very sensitive nose. All works without any issues and I’m very happy with my order. Will get more in the future. I have chronic migraines and CBD helps with them.

…a reprieve from illness.
I have a long Covid condition which speeds my breathing up and leads to anxiety and digestion problems. I’m in the National Long Covid Clinic and beyond meditation exercises, which don’t always work, they’re at a loss for a solution. A friend recommended your gummies and I can actually breathe again after years of suffering. From delivery to packaging and consistent quality, I can store them in the fridge in the heatwave. They’re a powerful medical solution for me and I suspect others too. A neighbour has an alcohol dependency condition and I recommended she try them out. She’s since told me it’s a big help for her too. Wow! Thanks from both of us! Gary and Kate.

Hi when I started using ORANGE COUNTY…
Hi when I started using ORANGE COUNTY CBD oil in my vape I loved it I've tried all the flavours the only one I didn't like was cookie dough but I thought I was safe vaping this CBD as it claims there is no THC in it.i first knew it would be good because it came from the cali green but I have to give urine samples every 2weeks and what was showing up the green now when I told the guy in the shop he stopped stocking it because in IRELAND the guards don't just pull you over to see if your drink driving they also have a test and it shows if there is green or any other HIGHS in your system and try and prove it's CBD when it shows as green and I can prove it if necessary.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're pleased to hear you enjoyed most of our vape flavours, although we're sorry Cookie Dough wasn't to your taste.
We also appreciate you raising your concerns about testing. Our products are manufactured to meet their stated specifications and are independently tested, but no CBD product can guarantee the outcome of drug screening, as different tests vary in sensitivity and can sometimes produce unexpected results. For this reason, we always advise customers who are subject to workplace, roadside, or other drug testing to exercise caution before using CBD products.
We value your feedback and take comments like yours seriously. If you'd like us to look into your experience further, please get in touch with our customer support team with your order details—we'd be happy to assist.

Great company
Great company, deals a plenty and a decent selection of products. I would recommend the Gelato CBD vapes, tastes like fruit salad.
I would like to humbly ask for some non-distillate vapes (live resin/rosin) to get on the menu. Also, making the gummies more chewy would be amazing.
