Alex's is extremely attentive, his commitment and hard work at all hours helping us as first time buyers achieve our goal, throughout the whole process Alex continues to go the extra mile.

Alex has been an absolute star throughout our entire mortgage process! As someone who is self-employed, I was initially worried about how much I’d be able to borrow and whether the process would be more complicated. From our very first conversation, Alex was incredibly calming, friendly, and reassuring, making everything feel straightforward and stress-free.

He got our Agreement in Principle sorted really quickly, which meant we could start viewing properties straight away. He even offered to help us figure out what offer to put in, which was a huge help! Throughout the process, he kept in regular contact, providing updates and making sure we always knew what was happening. I tend to worry about these things, but Alex was always there to put my mind at ease, answering all our questions in a way that was clear and easy to understand—no confusing jargon, no unnecessary upselling, just honest and helpful advice.
