I had a cover for my watch collection through another firm. Each time to add or remove a piece it was a mission, until I discover the brilliant service offered by this company. Mat is an absolute joy to work with. Quick reply, great product on offer and very good price. Frankly anybody looking for a proper watch insurance should not waste time and talk to Mat.

Firstly I would like to award more than 5 stars but this is not possible, here is my experience of this company but most importantly Mat who has been truly amazing with the customer focus and assistance shown.
I reviewed this company in December 2025 as wanted cover for a diamond ring, the experience was unquestionable, everything was explained and very easy to get cover, due to the positive experience I have now insured my Omega watch, it’s currently insured with another company until 4th June of this year but I’ve just arranged cover and will not be renewing with my present insurer, ZNG offer better cover and is more tailored to the asset, I found out about this company from Lumbers jewellers in Leicester, I will not use another insurer for any valuable asset, questions are answered promptly, an advisor who is easy to understand, clear diction and articulate, this company are a credit to the industry, a sincere thank you Mat and team for the level of service you offer, it’s truly appreciated.

Such a clear and easy company to deal with, great communication and good pricing. I love that they value the watches and refresh that value. The best luxury watch insurance I’ve found. I’ve insured both my Rolex’s with them. Top notch insurance.

I have never dealt with a company who reply so promptly to emails, this was done with professionalism but also a personal touch.
I corresponded with Mat and he was the epitome of helpfulness and efficiency.
I also found the process of getting a quote very easy, this in comparison to another company I tried, who asked a barrage of questions and that required me to hold on the phone for a not insignificant amount of time.

very seamless onboarding process, could not be more clear and efficient versus all the other long forms that take forever to get a quote. haven't had to claim so can't speak on that process but looks like they are underwritten by chubb
