We had gone to an out of town family funeral when the popcorn arrived. We got back home the next morning, but the ice pack and popcorn coating had melted as the temp was 106° that day. My question was whether or not the popcorn was still edible and was told yes. I was also told that a replacement shipment would arrive and were offered condolences on the death of a family member. A very nice acknowledgement.

When I inquired about a delay in my product, they were quick to answer my concerns. Excellent advice was given and after a few emails back and forth, they were correct and my order came that day. Excellent customer service! 💯

They took care of my popcorn being previously melted and got hard and clumpy. They responded quickly and replaced them from the photos I sent.

I reached out to customer service when I learned a new order had been processed for me. I have a lot of unpopped corn so I didn't want to stack more. I requested a cancellation on this order. The customer service people were able to accommodate my request without me needing to jump through hoops. This was an excellent transaction. I will be wanting that order in the near future and will be glad that I am getting it from a company that takes care of their customers.
