I was very disappointed in the popcorn. The flavor wasn't "coated" on all the popcorn after it popped. Nope, it melts off the kernels as it heats in the microwave. Then, it says not to microwave it for more than 2.5 min. Mine took almost 4 minutes to pop and there were still a lot of unpopped kernels. The most impressive thing I got was the collapsible bowl. Definitely not worth the hype!!

I started buying the microwave bagged popcorn from Walmart. I love your popcorn 🍿😋

I ordered all flavors to try. So far very impressed!! Not to mention they have spectacular customer service!!!
A great Company with Great people that care!! Hard to find in today’s economy!!!
I will be a life long customer!!!!

Opopop is delicious! Love the flavors. Turns out perfect. Only wish there were more flavors available all the time and it was less expensive.
I had one batch arrive melted. I live near Phoenix AZ and it was the middle of summer. Contacted customer service and they made it right.

The popcorn was exceptionally flavorful and delicious. Could not stop eating it and that was the problem. Although I did cancel a recurring order it was simply due to my inability to stop eating the popcorn and I needed to get any temptation out of the house.

I didn't realize I had an order place for a subscription and wanted to adjust my order and couldn't afford it right now. I canceled it as quickly as I received it and they promptly refunded me the money back.

We had a fraudulent claim and Melissa resolved it quickly and courteously

I had a delivery issue due to my own mistake on the receiving address. Opopop was amazing in helping me with prompt messaging & correction for future shipments. They also followed thru on seeing the package was being sent back to them & already had a new box going to the correct address all in a short time. KUDOS to their great customer service.... Best ever that I have received!! 🍿🍿🍿🍿

expected an issue with cancelation, happy i was incorrect. love the product just a little expensive

Fabulous customer service to meet my needs for an automated delivery, Thanks for a great job.

At first, I thought that this was a healthier choice than microwave popcorn because it’s not in the bag with all the chemicals. So I placed the order. And went back to the website looking for the ingredients had a very hard time finding the ingredients. I actually had to ask ChatGPT to find the ingredients which they did and it’s made of palm oil the worst oil you could possibly put in your body. I asked for a cancellation within an hours of purchasing and was told that the order was already processed. And then told him there’s a big difference between processing and shipping. It hadn’t been shipped. They still refused to cancel my order.😡

Amazing popcorn and I consider myself a popcorn snob. Lots of flavors to choose from. Customer service is truly the best.

Fast response, problem solved. Great customer service.

You make delicious popcorn, I especially love the Salted Caramel and the Maui Heat! Customer service is, fast, friendly and efficient!

I don’t get it! This popcorn taste stale and the flavor all melts to the bottom of the included silicone bowl used to pop it. I bought the sampler kit and have tried 4 different flavors. Skip it and get some Orville Redenbacher.
