Three weeks to arrive....
After 3 weeks, my medication finally arrived. I realise things are difficult at the moment, but, as others have said, communication is terrible, messages aren't answered and phones appear not to be switched on. My meds were marked "On order" for a week, and it was only when I worked out how to access the web chat (great job, Courtney!) that things moved on. Had to beg the GP for emergency prescriptions.
This has been a very stressful experience, and I will not be using Superdrug online prescriptions again.

5* for Jessica from The Online NHS Prescription Team, AS Watson Online Live Chat @ Superdrug Online Pharmacy. Jessica was an absolute star today (18/04 ~ 12.30pm)! I'd been really struggling to get my prescription dispensed, due to my account not matching the old name registered currently on my GP records. Jessica knew exactly how to get around this problem and resolved this fully for me. When I contacted her a second time after registering a new account in my old name, she even asked what I'd prefer to be called and my pronouns at the start of the chat. This means so much to transgender patients. It meant I didn't just feel a customer; I felt valued as an individual.Thanks so much Jessica - you are a role model to your team.
1/5* to Superdrug Head Office .......
The reason for this is your registration form is terrible and so non-inclusive. Your registration form makes trans patients feel uncomfortable, and that their identity doesn't exist. If I can register an 'Mx' title/ indeterminate gender with my GP surgery and bank, why don't you recognise it/ make it possible for me to register using this? May I remind you that Gender Reassignment is a protected characteristic under the Equality Act. Do you not feel you should take protected characteristics into consideration when designing your website forms? If I hadn't been fortunate enough to speak to Jessica today, I definitely would've just chosen another online pharmacy. I may have even just considered the possibility of ordering medication for myself dangerously from an unregulated pharmacy overseas. Given there's so much trans-awareness now, Superdrug Online Pharmacy Head Office, you should be ashamed of yourselves in 2020. Contact a trans-charity for advice if you'd like to do what's socially right to become a more inclusive company.

Still.not received my prescription. I feel so bad for the people responding to emails, they're really just cannon fodder for whatever pharmacy is behind this very, very bad service.
I wish I'd read these reviews before I signed up for this service...appalling just doesn't cover it! After 3 weeks waiting they tried to say my GP hadn't forwarded my prescription, they had. I'm left for at least a week without essential medication. My GP is unable to replicate the prescription due to the nature of the medication. First time I've used this service and it will be the last. Worst of the worst.

So upset I needed anti psychotic and anti depressant medication I ordered it 3 weeks ago and I have no replies to messages on account or emails. The doctors have confirmed from their side and have even called them for me. They ended up having to do an emergency prescription for a week as superdrug have failed me. So so upset would never ever ever use again and I beg you to not.
Lovely staff, appalling ststem, poor communication and no delivery.
I have been advised to use a delivery service for my prescription as I have underlying health issues. I decided to use Superdrug as they advertise stress-free, easy, hassle free. They have been difficult, full of hassle and more stressful than anything. I signed up and placed an order on 26th March. My account showed that I had placed an order. As time passed I heard nothing even though I checked my account every day. Eventually, I contacted them by email. Lovely email back saying they were looking into it and I would soon hear back. Nothing happened. I emailed again to be told my prescription was in a queueing system and they would be hopefully posting it out the end of next week. I explained that after 13 days I could not wait another week and half for posting out. I was told they could release my prescription back and I could go to any pharmacy to collect my prescription. I just had to wait for a code that would be emailed. No code arrived. I went back on Live Chat and eventually got given a telephone number to call. I called and was told it would take too long to post out my prescription but I didn't need a code and could use any pharmacy.
1) The staff I spoke to were brilliant - no complaints at all and they did their best to help me.
2) The system is so appalling and I have had to compromise my health by going to a local pharmacists.
3) They have an account with a message system, but nobody contacts you at all through it, or in any other way.
4) If they realised how stressful and upsetting it is to be waiting week after week for an order that never arrives. I have urgent medical prescriptions that would compromise my life if I do not have it. Who is taking responsibility for this?
Bottom line - I will boycott Superdrug now and feel strongly enough to write this review. Apologies to the lovely staff I had dealings with. I would only recommend their pharmacy if you don't need your prescription, are happy to hang around waiting for however long and have no need of communication. I went to a local pharmacists and told them what had happened and they offered same day free delivery, stress-free. I picked up my prescription and will happily use them from now on.
Don't use this service under any circumstances
Being over 70 it is not advised that I go out at present and with that in mind a week ago I placed an order for a prescription.and searched for an online prescription service so that I could have my medication delivered. Superdrug told me it was easy and hassle free and I felt that within the week I would have my medication posted to me. Wrong!! Looking at the update on my account it was still telling me a week later that the prescription had been requested. I tried contacting the number given but that was not available until 1pm. At 1 pm I rang and after a couple of attempts got through. The young man I spoke to said that he would need to contact the pharmacy and would ring me back. Needless to say he didn't. I contacted the pharmacy and spoke to someone who didnt have a clue, his telephone manner left a lot to be desired. He asked me for the name which I gave him but I know he was not listening properly and instead of searching the surname was searching for the first name. He left me on hold in total silence for at least five minutes before he came back and said that he had consulted with his colleague and there were no orders for that name. I told him I had the order numbers which he took after having to repeat them. Again on hold and then he said he had consulted with his colleague and that they could not look for order numbers as this time. Perhaps it might have been better if 'his colleague' had come to the phone. At the beginning of any call to Superdrug you are warned that the call is being recorded for training purposes well I hope they use this one. I shall never use this service again or recommend it to anyone.

At Trustpilot's request I allowed the person below to have my email address but have heard nothing.
Although when I finally got through to the online team they admitted they had had several phoneline problems and gave me the number of the actual pharmacy, from which the manager Matthew came on the line and sorted out the whole mess, culminating in my receiving my medication by Royal Mail special delivery the next morning - so hat's off to him. We shall see what happens when the next lot's due!!
