Ordered a number of items online, one item was damaged during delivery. I chatted with Imogen on the online chat service about this, and she was great! She was great and very knowledgeable and has sent out a replacement (I was offered a replacement or refund). Fab customer service from Imogen! 😃

Some of the worst service I've received
Waited 20 days for my order and had contacted three times to chase it up and kept being told... we're very busy, it'll be dispatched in three days...which never happened. Requested the order be cancelled and was told they could request but not guarantee a cancellation. Which is nonsense as the order hadn't been fulfilled yet. I asked to speak to a manager and magically my order could be cancelled but "only on this occasion"...also, I've noticed that Superdrug only send you a link to Trustpilot when they feel their service has been good. Reordered the items from Amazon at a similar price and had them in under 24 hours. Having checked, Superdrug online was showing out of stock on some of the items I ordered so this 3 day timescale was a complete fabrication. I imagine I would still be waiting now.

Price of artical was £6 more at the till than on shelf the manager when I queried my receipt said I was wrong and that the price referred to another artcal despite my pointing out the prices but he insisted it was not wrong even though there was no price showing what I was charged. I was made to look that I was wrong in front of others despite having phot of pricing. Impossible to put in a complaint to company. If you shop here be careful they don’t over charge you.Manager was appalling

Superdrug USED to be fine. Wide range of items, good offers always on, delivered in a reasonable timeframe. However since Covid-19 struck they have become basically unusable in my experience.
When we were first in lockdown, on two occasions I spent some time filling my online basket, only to be told when proceeding to check out that only 2 out of, say, 10 items were available. What a waste of customers' time - if it's not in stock show that on your website! Hardly rocket science.
Two weeks ago I thought I would give it another go, things must be back to normal now (I thought). Did an order and on the website it said 3 - 5 days for delivery. Fine. Money was taken immediately. A week later however the order was still 'in progress'. Online chat with nice lady who was very apologetic and assured me it would be dispatched within 72 hours. It wasn't of course. It's now 2 weeks since they've had my money and I was just told that I 'should' be getting my order next week. problems are due to 'technical difficulties' . Hmmm
What is up with Superdrug? I don't think I will be bothering with them again. Several other companies seem to be managing OK despite the pandemic. I'd advise others to be wary, unless you don't mind being messed around.
Absolutely love this facility
Absolutely love this facility! I have struggled from hayfever all my life and due to the pandemic now it is difficult for me to have a repeat prescription on my antihistamines. I was told about this online ordering via a friend, from beginning to end it was effortless and I had my prescription within days. A little overpriced to the normal prescription charge but well worth it if you are in need of your medication fast. Thank you Superdrug online pharmacy!

Very poor service
Very poor service. I have two repeat prescriptions, and every time I order them through this service something goes wrong. One of the medications may be mysteriously absent, without me ever being informed that there was any problem with it. And then I'll call my GP and find out that Superdrug just didn't request that medication.
I don't know if they fully comprehend the gravity of their responsibility. Surely this isn't a sector where mistakes, mishaps and omissions go repercussion-free.
I'm switching to a different provider, after a year of giving them a shot. Literally every time something has gone wrong.

Do not use this service! The service is a disgrace, I have spent 11/2 hours on hold & still didn’t get through to customer services, so again had to resort to web chat.I started this process last Thursday as my prescription failed to arrive, I told them each time my medication would run out Sunday & they assured me I would receive it. It has not arrived & no one has the decency to get back to me even though they promised they would. The earliest I can get an emergency prescription is Tuesday/ Wednesday. Thank you Superdrug I’m feeling pretty terrible at the moment as my body is feeling withdrawal symptoms due to not taking medication, you should be ashamed of yourself!!!

adviosr SAAD amended my replacement parcel to a wrong address (though confirming with me several times before)and leave someone else's contact name so that i could not correct the address later once i found it wrong (because i could never know the name he entered!!!) Now the parcel was despatched by royal mail, to the WRONG ADDRESS! I could not get in touch after waiting for 1H trying to contact royal mail, fix the problem ASAP or if parcel get stolen or missing, not my responsibility.

I placed an online order for several items - this is the first time I've ordered online with this company. The delivery was slow, but the main problem was that when I opened the box I found that 2 shower gel containers had opened in transit and a lot of their contents had escaped. I have tried to contact Superdrug but have had no response. I couldn't find a phone number or email address so used their Facebook messenger but 3 messages later and no reply. I would NOT order again and am looking into how to take it further.

Left a review last week saying that no one had replied to my message. Someone replied on here asking to see the message, so i sent it and received a reply asking for my receipt. I sent my receipt and have had no reply since. The customer service is awful and i’ve been waiting 2 weeks now.

Do not use. It took me a month and several hours of communication to get a simple prescription. Absolutely awful customer service. Every time I contacted them they promised to get back to me but never did. Every time I tried to speak to them I was on hold for an hour then was cut off. Online chat was the only way and was useless. There was no reason for the delay and only got resolved when I made a formal complaint.

I joined as they were advertising. I am vunerable as is the rest of my household.
My first prescription was issued and arrived to me within 10 days, reasonable under the circumstances.
I then placed another order on 6 April, needing a tablet which I would run out of on 24th April. I cannot stop this medication.
Nothing happened and on 16th April I was horrified to be told on Live Chat that the wait was now around 20 days, too late for me.
I asked if it could be dispensed urgently and all I got was another sorry and a suggestion to contact 111 or GP.
I then used the pharmacist messaging facility, emailed Customer Services and the Pharmacy Hub direct.
Zero replies so tried Live Chat again 18 April. They can't view prescription queues and pharmacy Hub closed for the weekend...
Jessica recommended to contact Live Chat again Monday when they will be able to communicate with Hub.
Did this 20 April, asked them to request same day dispensing and posting or return it so I can have a token to take to local pharmacy.
Jessica again, she rang pharmacy help desk while I waited, all I got was "order is being processed check emails over next couple of days".
I repeatedly stated I was running out of medication, I couldn't stop and needed urgent action. "It should be sent by Wednesday" (22 April) was what I got.
I then had a phone call from them 21 April, as it's urgent they've passed it to nearest Superdrug pharmacy (22 miles) , pharmacist aware and I was given the phone number.
The pharmacist was super helpful and nice, told drugs were ordered and would be dispensed 22nd, delivery the 23rd which I agreed was fine.
Indeed they arrived at my door when promised.
Simply shocking and its appalling that a pharmacy and health/beauty company are putting vunerable peoples lives at risk.
By failing to send prescription medications for weeks on end, ignoring messages, and not being transparent over wait times.
All they are currently admitting to on website is a "small delay with some orders"
Needless to say I'm now not staying with Superdrug Online Pharmacy, the local pharmacist was amazing at the end but I just can't trust Superdrug with my health now.

Set up and ordering process is easy enough, however medication has not arrived a month since the order was placed, despite queries of where the medication is. The customer service department are slow to respond to message queries via the account message service and the online phone line is not answered. Granted that this service is likely to have been impacted by lockdown measures, however it's got to the point where I've almost run out of medication due to the lengthy delay.
If delays in getting your medication, which could potentially leave you without it could cause serious repercussions to your health, this service is not going to be reliable enough for you based on my experience.

I ordered my meds via this system on 27th March because I am one of the vulnerable classed people unable to go out to town centres,.Previous to lockdown, my local Superdrug dispensing store took my paper scrips and got my meds to me in 24 hours. I was looking to see a similar quality of response from the online version. The med is a pre-filled injection kit, which I needed for 9th April, after registration for the online account and selecting the right medication from the list, everything stalled.. No reply to phone, no answer to messages, no reply to emails, no updates on my online account status. I eventually had to source elsewhere to meet my deadline. I did then get through on the phone, told them NOT to even try and deliver the med, but although the person on the line was intelligent and helpful and emailed me on 15th April, this did no translate to any update on my logged account until 20th April. I have asked about my next med due to be injected by the 9th May.. email sent 20th April, I am not holding my breath for a reply.
