So due to last minute issues (won't go into it) I phoned up and they sorted us out with 3 days notice. Great price and not only was Bill a pleasure to deal with the movers omar, Moore and Bob were brilliant and worked extremely hard and looked after our stuff. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I had initially contacted EJ Moves and the man on the phone Peter told me they were busy on the day I needed them but his sister company Olympia removals could do it and he would co-ordinate between the two. From Olympia’s website you would expect a very professional experience from branded vans and workman. However in reality on the day of moving a group of men wearing either a different companies t-shirt (Apex removals) or no uniform turned up over an hour late in unbranded old vans. They were quick (bar frequent mobile phone calls) but one of the younger removal men kept dropping and banging our processions even dropping a box down the stairs!

The unloading was stressful, they didn’t put the boxes in the right rooms even though we have clearly written which room they needed to go into. Again the youngest removal man kept dropping and banging things. They also damaged a bed and fridge and we haven’t finished unpacking so dread to think potentially what other things have been broken. Then amongst this stressful situation Peter rang asking for payment. They hadn’t finished packing at all but I agreed and took the payment details over the phone to do a BACS transfer. Less than five minutes later and just as I was holding my phone to do the transfer one of the removals men said they had received a call and they were refusing to unload anymore due to lack of payment. I explained I had only spoken to the Peter less than five minutes ago and I was literally just doing the payment there and then. He shrugged his shoulders and said he just does what he is told. Only after ringing Peter and sending a screenshot of the transfer did work commence.
Seriously stressful situation all in all. From being late to the overly aggressive attitude around money I would not use them or EJ Removals again.

It was our first time to move houses in the UK, from Swindon to Nottingham. And expectedly, we were excited yet anxious. Upon online searching for trusted movers and packers in the UK, Olympia Removals & Storage came across as a highly rated contender. So, I left an enquiry at their website. The same evening, we received call from Bill asking for the details of the job and immediately thereafter, shared quote with us, which by the way, was the most reasonable one in the market. Since then, Bill has been regularly in touch with us until the job was complete. He's a star! And so are Mubarak Ali and Mohammad Malik who made the moving experience effortless for us. These guys are professional and handled our belongings with utmost care. Although we were worried about the impact of road travel on our belongings, we're pleased that everything turned out absolutely well, without any damages. The items were not only moved systematically, but were also placed in rooms upon moving. We can't recommend Olympia Removals & Storage enough for a hassle free moving job.

The removal people were really professional and helpful. They fit all our listed items in the van and also helped with additional items which we moved ourselves which were heavy.

Overall had a good experience with them and would definitely hire them again or recommend others to use them.

I used Olympia removals to move from one flat to another in Southampton. Everything was great, they moved all my furniture and my things for a very reasonable price. The movers on the day were so lovely and helpful. Also Bill was very nice on the phone, he always replied promptly, kept me updated and was very helpful with any questions I had. I would very highly recommend this company and am so grateful for such a smooth moving experience.

I used this company yesterday to move my stuff from 2 separate flats in Reading to a house in Cornwall. The team were amazing and nothing was too difficult for them. They turned up on time, were polite and courteous and did a fab job to ensure all my furniture arrived at the other end intact. Removed from Portsmouth to Somerset with quite a lot of stuff. The staff very helpful and professional. Managed to load the removals up with everything, including the TV. Would highly recommend.

I Instructed this company for removal and storage. Their Quote was inclusive of:

• Fully insured up to £50,000.
• Blankets and straps for safe transport

Hardly any blankets were used for removal. They broke a bookshelf, which I ignored, and an Italian glass table, costing more than £300. All losses were documented. Every time that I contacted them for compensation, they said they would come back to me shortly. They never came back. Very frustrating. Always work with reputable companies, or companies who care about their reputation.
