What can I say from the moment I spoke to bill it was easy and plain sailing booking the move and payment very easy, bill answered all my questions and even with all our changes, they couldn’t have been more accommodating and it was a big move from one end of the country to the other and nothing was to much trouble, even with a storage locker involved!!! The men were amazing and as quick as whippet and so friendly would definitely 💯 recommend

Very efficient service, arrived an hour early, emptied my house out quickly and unloaded it into the storage unit as instructed.

I dont like to leave negative reviews but I absolutely wouldn’t use this company again. I couldn’t fault Bill and his customer service as he was excellent and a pleasure to deal with, initially that was what kept me from saying this. That being said, the movers themselves were booked for the morning and didn’t turn up until past 1, they damaged not only the fixtures in the house but also a lot of our things - my work equipment was packed safely away in really useful boxes, we heard a crash from outside and all my ceramics has been knocked over and smashed beyond repair. Our bed and wardrobe were badly damaged, they didn’t assist with deconstructing it even though we’d paid for it, and my husband had to do a lot of the rebuilding as I was in a wheelchair after an accident and my husband was injured also this really wasn’t helpful. To top it off they stacked all our belongings into big pile directly in the path to my hospital bed, so when I arrived (I went in last so not to be in the way) I couldn’t even get into our new home or to my medical equipment. The mover wasn’t branded or wearing a shirt, he was sweating like a shower all over our belongings and spitting on the floor both inside, outside and in the truck so we had to clean the underside of everything which was just foul, who does that. They made the move a highly stressful and distressing experience at an already stressful time for us while I’m healing. We’re still unpacking boxes and finding more items broken as time goes on.

My move was very last minute, and these guys made it very quick and stress-less! Bill made the organising really straight forward and was really welcoming from the first phonecall. He was exceptional at keeping in contact with me, even after the move. He wanted to know how it all went and I was happy. I felt like he went the extra mile.
Everything was moved really quickly and they was very efficient and the unloading was done even quicker. I was amazed how quickly and efficiently they got everything in the van. Would not hesitate to use this company again. A good Job Jobbed!

Good communication. Good price. Arrived exactly on time. Vehicles were not sign written but that doesn’t bother us. On the day guys very relaxed but very professional and very swift without putting us under pressure. Nothing was too much trouble. I would definitely recommend Olympia and will use on my next move if they will have me! Special thanks to Bill who advised me the whole way through and specified exactly the right amount of transport and guys. Moussa, Peter and Mohammed were brilliant.

Excellent communication throughout, very smooth on the day of the move itself, and treated all our belongings with care. Always stressful to move but Bill and Olympia really took all that away. Highly recommended.

Very pleased with the removal overall just a few disappointing points which added to a stressful day which we all go through on moving day. The van turned up on time but surprised to see a ropy white tatty van as the website shows nice logo vehicles this had a uneasy start as the reflection of the vehicle made me question the service I was going to receive. The removal men were very quiet and seemed miserable when I spoke to one of them and said this is a long trip today he said where are we going so had no idea of a 3 hour trip and when we chatted on unloading they said they don’t know where they are going until day of arrival, i don’t agree with this way of letting the removal men know as on unloading they were completely different seeming much happier and chatty knowing they were heading home.

I didn’t like the pressure of the having to do a screen shot of the payment !! I sent the payment into the account where I paid my deposit but Bill said I had an email saying part of it had to go into another account which I didn’t need on the day of moving as I’m not great with setting up new payees online when I’m under pressure I sent an email with the screenshot and Bill informed me he couldn’t see it so I then sent if via text and kept getting picture message failure I tried this several times…. But kept failing this was taking time up when I’m trying to pack up my final belongings.

Bill was absolutely fantastic trying to help and told me not to worry. My dealings with Bill from the start we’re great he was so helpful, kind and very understanding with getting stressed about a screenshot!! Many thanks Bill 😊

The move was made so easy by the removal guys. Turned up on time (early actually). They were polite and cheerful. Never thought a house could be packed and unpacked so quickly and efficiently. Thank you to all concerned.

Beyond exceptional service from the team! Bill made it super easy to book and organise, and his team of movers were brilliant in the day! So incredibly efficient, quick, timely, and just generally lovely. Couldn’t recommend them more!

A couple of weeks ago Olympia Removals helped us move and we could not be more thankful!

The guys were absolutely amazing from the moment they arrived! They didn't cause any damages and loaded our two bedroom flat within an hour!

After having discussed with Olympia Removals, emailed a list of what needed to be removed, incl. what furniture needed to be reassembled/assembled, and what needed to be packaged up, moved, and unpacked at destination (kitchen/clothes etc) the sales person quoted me for the job.
I gave them my business and paid a deposit of about 20% immediately.

A few weeks later, at about 17 O'clock the day before the early morning removal, the same sales person called me up and said the director of the company will not agree to do the packing for this price.
I reminded him of the email, our conversations and that he quoted a price that I agreed to, I had not bargined to get this price. I also said -and felt- that calling this late in the afternoon prior an early next morning removal feels dishonest. He gave all kinds of excuses -he had not read my email-, -that I chose them because they were the cheapest but the director won't do it for this price- etc.
He required £300 more (aprox a 30% uplift of quoted price). I had not choice but to pay to get the removal done (which I needed to get done).

I paid the reminding fee (now £300 more) asap as the removal guys showed up the next morning (which was according to our agreement). By courtesy I texted the sales person to say the crew had arrived and that I had wired the money. I then went for a short cycle ride when the sales person called to ask for a screen shot of the payment. I said to him I did not take one but that he will see the money on their bank account. He said he had no access to the company's back accounts. Then he had the guts to say that he's heard all kind of excuses and that a screen shot was needed immediately. This was said by the one who's been acting dishonest to the one who kept to the agreements made! I had to turn back home, enter the IT bank and send him screen shot.

The workmen on the job were polite but they did not unpack at final destination -as was agreed- (left boxes unpacked in most rooms) and broke a glass on a picture frame.

I will never use this company again.

Fantastic service from start to finish!
Easy process no hassle, was moved out and into new house within 3 hours, highly recommend and really good price too! I was quoted by 3 other removal companies which was 3 times the price we paid with these guys!
Items dismantled and reassembled in the rooms of our choice, cannot recommend enough!

Excellent service from start to finish, Bill's communication and competitive pricing is what won the job overall. I planned the move on behalf of my mother in law who was on her own, the movers turned up on time and helped with the final packing of her stuff. Very patient when waiting for her house to complete with no complaints from the team. Overall, great service, thanks guys.

Omg they pulled it out the bag. I done a mutual exchange and the company I had booked left behind alot of my things. I got in touch with olympia and last minute they managed to salvage my items and deliver them the same day. Also the men where helpful and so funny that my stress melted away. Bill was very Easy to deal with. Very transparent with moving cost. No hidden fees. The movers Moussa and Mo were faultless. Nothing was too much trouble, easy to talk to, very careful with our belongings and they did everything with a smile. I’d recommend these two for your move.

All in all was a good experience. Would recommend.
