Very professional service and first class customer service.
The 64ppl ordered on 1st March was a great price and we had it delivered today as promised.
Overall we would recommend them and we will use again.

I've just found out that The Oil Club is a company controlled by Michael Lee Johnson GOFF who also controls CPS Fuels, Goff Petroleum and R Stiff and Sons Ltd who are always the recommended suppliers by this "club" that seeks to get us members the best available rates in our arera; apparently.
The Oil Club is the mouthpiece of their rogue oil sellers CPS Fuels and Goff Petroleum by putting out messages on their behalf using their "NO REPLY" email address instead of making these price gougers do their own dirty business.
Beware of using this "club" as it belongs to these companies.
Search around and you'll get just as good a rate but without the Goff family's profiteering.

Ordered oil 13 days ago. Now they say they can’t do it the price we ordered at and we don’t have any oil despite a member of the household currently recovering from surgery, which they have been made aware of. Profiteering!

I placed my order for heating oil through the oil club as usual and my payment was taken. The the conflict in the gulf started and 10 days later I was told my oil order would not be honoured and to contact them for a refund. However my emails are bouncing back and after 5 attempts I have not been able to get through on the phone and no my low oil warning light has come on.
I won't be using them again.

Very disappointed with this company. Placed an order Saturday morning and paid in full. Had notification and confirmation. Then after 11 days due to oil price rises they have cancelled my delivery and sold my delivery to a higher bidder. I would have purchased elsewhere at a similar price to the price paid but no they took my money and sat on it for 11 days and now tell me I can’t have the oil I paid for. This is a breach of contract. The CCPC's own guidance states that once a company accepts your payment, they must fulfil the order, that's a binding contract.
Cancelling after the price spiked is likely breach of contract under the Consumer Rights Act. This is price gouging at its best.
And to make matters worse this company are taking an age to refund our money.

Don’t ever use this site. Boiler juice are so much more reliable they keep to their price promise despite the current volatility in the market. Companies are profiteering as they have already bought the oil at the price advertised so they should keep to that price especially as they have already taken my money and now they expect me to request a refund . It’s a total scam

Oil club took my order and took my money 11 days ago - this is a contract to supply a quantity of oil at the given price at a given time - due to subsequent oil price rises they now want more money to supply the same paid for oil - if they had not taken my money I would have purchased elsewhere at a similar price to the price paid but no they took the money and sat on it for 11 days and only now tell me I can’t have the oil I paid for - this is a shocking breach of contract and they should be accountable and should not get away with it - my advice is to steer clear of the oil club

Dear oil club …. Please advise me when you are delivering my oil ….. I accept your apology for a delivery date in November but you have not advised me when you will deliver …. Thankyou

I’ve used them since I moved in 10 years ago, and can’t fault them. Consistently cheaper than others, courteous and turn up when they say they will.

My first order was for 1000 litres. I received an email stating date of delivery any time before 21st January. Returning from a short walk in the nearby field I found the oil had been delivered but in the wrong tank. No contact from anyone re date of delivery or at the time of delivery. The oil had run out for my adjacent holiday cottage. Now I have to reorder at extra cost. I am Very annoyed.

I’m very happy with everything concerning the club, but I do wish they would publish oil prices on the website weekly, or an email more often with the price.

Great to get regular email with updated price. Generally reasonable pricing I find and very easy to order. Deliveries are quick and efficient. A great service I find.

I have been using the Oil Club for years its easy to order my heating oil and always beats other suppliers on price. You get updates about delivery and the ordering process through the website is really easy.
I throughly recommend the Oil Club for your heating supplies.

Pretty good service on the whole. They seem to be able to obtain a reasonably competitive price - although perhaps a little more feedback would be appreciated: eg how many users are locked into any particular week's order? How much of a discount has been obtained?

Overall though the deal seems pretty good.

Regular updates on prices so that when o need oil I keep an eye on the price and order when the price is right plus I don’t need to ring around for quotes. Delivery is usually within a week or two

I have used the oil club for several years and have always had a positive experience. Delivery has been within the time frame and my request for a call or message at least 24 hours before delivery has always been met.
