So, Once again Octalogo has come through for me. Working with
Mark and Ryan, is always a pleasure. This is the fourth project I have done with them. Each and every time, they are always supportive and take care of business.

We just finished up another project and I am rewarded with a new completion.

The logo was nice and I was very satisfied with the graphic art. Getting the logo to me was difficult and they were kind of pushy for the website design and other services. Once I am ready to, I will likely return t them for copywriting.

Designs could have been more innovative

Updated review: they will only be good till you are a potential customer (i.e. will pay of additional services they have to sell). They even go to the extend of charging your credit card on file without your permission and even after your denial of the service in email. And will turn unresponsive to you telling that they have been very very busy.

Also, my original review was only 3 stars but they follow up and request to give a 5 star review so that their ratings are not impacted.

Would not recommend doing business with them.

I had a logo designed and love the end product. All communication is mostly through emails and you must signoff as the project proceeds. In my case, they delivered several choices and made modifications to the logo and I am very happy with the quality and speed of the product.

They have done two logos and a product label for me. I am very happy with with my final designs. They are responsive, courteous and creative in their work. I definitely recommend Octalogo for logo and other design services you may need.

The end product was exactly what I was looking for! I found that they are reasonably priced and they where patient with me as it took a couple weeks for me to settle on a logo. I will be in contact again when I need another logo done.

Initially there was a miscommunication with the sales department as I wasn't properly informed of the items included in the package I purchased. I expressed my concerns over the phone and in the email. Customer service responded and promptly addressed my concerns. I am very happy with my logo design. They did a great job.
