Awesome design!
I couldn’t be happier with the design! Allen was great to work with and as many things in life they do have additional cost that could sneak up on you but just be sure to ask ahead. I would deffinitly use them again and will most likely be utilizing them for additional projects. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service... from the first call to the last! Everything and all my options were explained to me prior to my package selection. I never felt like I was a burden to them. I was kept abreast of what was happening with my projects. Even with revisions I asked them to do... it was no issue to them. The design work was/is excellent love my new logo! My account manager Jay Barry was excellent! Highly recommended company by me for sure!

We just used their wonderful designers for a logo for my husband's construction business, and we are beyond thrilled with their design, their response rate, their fees..... I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone! We went back and forth so many times with little requests that they were always happy to accommodate. Hello - I wanted to share my experience with OctaLogo and all the personnel associated with my account. First, Mr. Jay Barry is the best representative that I have worked with under any project. Jay is very attentive, understands the technical aspects, and conveys everything in a professional, concise manner. He is a great representative for OctaLogo.
I am Very Thankful for your team effort (even though we are not yet finished). I hope to continue working with OctaLogo for years. This is primarily due to Jay's professional work ethics.

They created logos for two sister companies. Communication was great and process easy and seamless. The logos came out better than we imagined.I worked with Ferris and Nick. It was great working with everyone starting from chatting live until I got my logo. They made my experience very fun and easy. I highly recommend Octologo.

Worst Company I’ve ever dealt with. Everyone there is truly incompetent, unprofessional and untruthful. They take your money and do not deliver the products or the service they promised over and over again. Very disappointed with this company. They make up excuses for why you don’t get your product. Read the other reviews ... I read them after and I had the same exact specific issues. Beware ... this may be a scam company. They are “working” on my trademark and I don’t even know if they are legit or even do the trademark.

8/16 - In reply to Octologo telling me to email customer service and they will handle it: I have been in contact with various people from Octalogo even since my review and I am still not getting responses. I have asked for something simple - my PMS color on the logo i bought from you guys .. NO RESPONSE. I was told i was getting a "TM" certificate a week ago, NO RESPONSE. I finally received the shirts, weeks late, and they are WRONG ... you guys just keep getting worse and worse. Why do I now have to email a generic customer support email address when your reps and Supervisors WON'T even answer my questions???

Got my logo fast and it was a great logo. I had several to choose from and they made any small tweaks I asked for.

They have been very helpful and did a great job of listening to my ideas.

We have had a good experience with Octologo so far. The project is still in the works but thus far they have been very professional and respectful. Their turn around time is exceptional, always on time. I have even received phone calls less than 5 minutes after an update. The quality of work is great most of the time. I look forward to updating this review when the job is complete.

Edit: after posting this they reached out to me and apologized for their employees behavior and promised I would not have to work with him. They sent me new branding images, which I still was not happy with. Their policy states that you can have unlimited revisions, however as I continued to ask for revisions they became more and more complacent. The last set of images they sent me weren’t revised at all. They were the same images they sent me the time before with the exception of some clip art tomatoes pasted over a piece of the image I had asked them to change. Overall, the quality of their work is subpar and if you are at all computer inclined you can do better using something like Canva.com for free. Also to note, they will not give me a refund for the work I did not receive unless I take down this review, which I refuse to do.

Annoying upsales and extremely rude! I hired Octalogo to design the logo for my business, and I ended up upgrading package to include branding (social media images, letterhead, etc.). My logo turned out good and happened in a timely manner. That was the only good thing they did. They tried to get me to pay them to copyright my logo for me, I had to decline 3 times before they quit asking. My social media images were aweful! They were so generic and I really could do better myself. I would send them feedback and they would not listen to what I said. They tried at least 5 times to get me to pay them to create my website. I already have a functioning website. The way they tried to get me to upgrade to this package was by insulting my current website. And I quote, “you want your website to be interesting and professional which yours is not”. They said stuff like this every time I spoke with them. This was my breaking point. I told them the way they talked to me was unacceptable and the branding was not what I was looking for. My package came with 100% satisfaction guaranteed or my money back. I asked them to refund my money for the branding portion. Of course I have not heard back from them now. Save your money and find another company!

Octalogo has provided me with great service! They pay attention to detail, had an affordable package for me and gave great advice.

What started out as a good plan ended up being just a down right nightmare. They built my website and it is a hot mess, it never works and you can't market the site because it has too many problems. the site is of no use and I am working with godaddy so I can build my own site. they do not return emails in a timely manner, they are not professionals, they will try to upsell you most of the time. We work hard for our money and we all deserve better than what this company has offered it has been the worst experience I have ever had. so take my advice and STAY AWAY. Godaddy is awesome and they are helping me build my site and it already looks a 100 times better than what I have with octalogo. BUYER BE WARE

it was a little slow and difficult at first but my account rep made sure that I was happy each step of the way and did everything that he could to ensure that my vision was really translated into the logo that they created for me. Overall really good work and I think that if you need a logo done at a great price this is a company to choose.
