Review edited as per Octalogo request alleging violation of Trustpilot guidelines for mentioning names which are considered sensitive information even though other customers should have the right to know the names and I also had to remove my honest feelings because they are considered accusatory/defamatory statements even though they are not disrespectful and are just real feelings of a customer after going through a bad experience with a company. Hopeful my review stays now so that people can be careful when looking for a company to help them with their logo or design ideas.

I am a legitimate customer and I have allll the emails and conversations with your team to proof everything that I mentioned in my feedback. It is sad that your company Octalogo try to play with the system to remove customer's feedback so that you can continue taking advantage of others. Mr. (name removed per trustpilot guidelines) and the management team are fully aware of the situation. At this point I am no longer interested on dealing with this company anymore because the damage is already done and there's nothing to solve. As of now, I will close this chapter and move on. I am glad I kept all the emails showing the logo was all my idea and every single change/revision was done using my input via emails (I am the only owner and only author of the idea used for the logo). I already lost enough time and money putting things on hold trying to solve this matter. I hope other customers don't experience the same bad situation.

PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!!

Review Update: Octalogo representative emailed me saying "Please stop defaming us" and writing very unprofessional (that's what they do best) but I replied providing all the evidence showing that I was a real customer and they only take advantage of their customers. Then a manager (name removed per trustpilot guidelines) contacted me and promised me they will send me the trademark/copyright certificate of my logo showing me as the only owner & only author considering I was the one who design it because everything about the design ALL MY IDEA, however, I never received the certificate.

Unfortunately my previous reviews were deleted because Octalogo reported it since I included names in my review and that's apparently against Trustpilot rules but I think people should know the names of those taking advantage of honest customers. However, of course they (octalogo) don't want other customers to know. Hopefully this review stays and people can be aware of my horrible experience and stay away from them.

Initial Review: I paid for a logo package to make my logo idea in the required format for marketing materials (I sent the logo design idea that I created to them trusting they were honest). I was very engage with them and even made the edits of the design myself (in power point) to make the process easier and they only needed to make the changes in their logo design software/photoshop. All the logo idea was mine from start to finish. While working on this, they charged my credit card $280 without my authorization and when I told them I placed a fraud claim with my bank they quickly replied they will reimburse and to please inform my bank to close out the investigation. After this my trust continued to go down the hill so at this point I decided to contact USPTO to do the copyrights/trademark registration instead of working that portion with them (Octa Logo / OctaGroup), however at the end when I got my final product they wanted to charge me $300 for copyrights services and threaten me saying they will open a legal case against me ignoring the logo was all my idea and not theirs. Do not trust this company. They will take your idea/design and make it theirs to then try to charge you and make money out of it. Sometimes if something looks to good or too cheap, is for something bad and is not legit.

Please know that OctaLogo and DesignProficient work hand to hand based on what the OctaLogo rep (name removed per trustpilot guidelines) told me. He (name removed per trustpilot guidelines) contacted me after I accessed OctaLogo website and I got confused because he was under a different company name but he explained to me that both companies are the same and that's why both pages (OCTALOGO AND DESIGNPROFICIENT) have actually the same logo packages. You can visit their pages and see it for yourself unless they modified their page to cover themselves which is what they do best.

It was such a nightmare dealing with unprofessional people playing games and covering each other. I was so excited to get this done and trusted them but sadly they ended up to be the worst experience and waste of time and money!

Timing was fast, designers were excellent (they gave me many great choices that I could have chosen). I was the slow party and THEY stayed on top of me. I recommend them for work and will continue to use them as I grow my company for all design needs. Thank you again gentlemen!

Good company. Quick communication and the website they did for me, works like a gem!

The communication with the company was not only consistent but they were quick to respond to my questions, concerns and changes. I received my final order logo very quick.

I contacted OctaLogo after I recently redesigned my business' website because we needed a new logo. Right from the get go, they were friendly, responsive and fast at getting the work done. Don't regret my decision at all!

This company is amazing. I had originally went to upwork to find someone to help me design a logo for my new business and everyone was charging a ridiculous amount and after getting their designs back I was very disappointed to see what they came back to me with for such an expensive price tag.

so I decided to go online and hire a different company. I came across Octalogo - I gave them my business information and within a week I had up to 4 different concept logos for my company and I was happy with each one of them. sadly I could've only chosen one on my budget but I was still very satisfied with my final decision.

I was a bit hesitant at first to go with them just because I have trust issues from being screwed over in the past by companies on the internet but I must say this company and its employees made me feel as if my peace of mind was their top priority.

I will definitely return my business in the future.

Ensured that customer experience was top notch and customer was satisfied along all steps of the process. Turnaround time was sufficient. Would be even better if there was 24 hr or perhaps some hours during the weekend to minimize delay for urgent issues.

Providers of quality service in delivery and execution. Responsive and available for additional feedback in the design process. I had Company Logos designed and was happy with the designs and effectiveness of delivery.

Loved my choices and found the perfect logo! Fast, precise and made to fit my company.

Good results. Communication process could have been a little better.
